為了實現精密卷繞的高速性能,需要橫動伺服電機在做往複運動時,能夠快速換向,這就要求BWS伺服電機具備較高的轉矩慣量比,為此對橫動伺服電機進行了獨特優化設計,以保證電機轉子慣量盡可能小。同時BWS伺服驅動器的電機控製算法在高動態響應性方麵也做了針對性的設計,采用PID控製結合模糊控製算法,保證伺服電機速度在不產生超調的情況下,盡可能短時間內完成換向。
