優化的設計
工藝電纜布設在機器人上臂外部,回縮功能將電纜回拉,使其遠離工裝。回縮功能及第6軸支架可分別針對每個機器人節拍進行優化。
上下臂電纜更換時間短
電纜與軟管通過夾具和支架沿上下臂走線。這些夾具經專門設計,可快速準確地拆卸/更換整個套件,最大限度縮短停產時間。修理工作可另行安排在適當時候進行。
回縮臂便於調節
設在上臂的回縮臂可調節,設計簡單,性能可靠。
為便於手臂通行,下臂與上臂電纜包之間的連接點設在下臂,同時也方便更換上臂電纜包。
