應變式壓力傳感器,是壓力傳感器中應用比較多的一種傳感器,它一般用於測量較大的壓力,廣泛應用於測量管道內部壓力、內燃機燃氣的壓力、壓差和噴射壓力、發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)和(he)導(dao)彈(dan)試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)的(de)脈(mai)動(dong)壓(ya)力(li),以(yi)及(ji)各(ge)種(zhong)領(ling)域(yu)中(zhong)的(de)流(liu)體(ti)壓(ya)力(li)等(deng)。同(tong)時(shi)應(ying)變(bian)式(shi)壓(ya)力(li)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)經(jing)常(chang)被(bei)分(fen)為(wei)以(yi)下(xia)四(si)個(ge)類(lei)型(xing),以(yi)適(shi)應(ying)複(fu)雜(za)多(duo)變(bian)的(de)環(huan)境(jing),這(zhe)樣(yang)可(ke)以(yi)有(you)效(xiao)的(de)減(jian)小(xiao)故(gu)障(zhang)和(he)誤(wu)差(cha)的(de)出(chu)現(xian)。轉(zhuan)自(zi)中(zhong)國(guo)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)交(jiao)易(yi)網(wang)
1、組合式
組(zu)合(he)式(shi)應(ying)變(bian)壓(ya)力(li)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)中(zhong),其(qi)彈(dan)性(xing)敏(min)感(gan)元(yuan)件(jian)可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)感(gan)受(shou)元(yuan)件(jian)和(he)彈(dan)性(xing)應(ying)變(bian)元(yuan)件(jian)。其(qi)中(zhong),感(gan)受(shou)元(yuan)件(jian)把(ba)壓(ya)力(li)轉(zhuan)換(huan)為(wei)力(li)傳(chuan)遞(di)到(dao)彈(dan)性(xing)應(ying)變(bian)元(yuan)件(jian)應(ying)變(bian)最(zui)敏(min)感(gan)的(de)部(bu)位(wei),而(er)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)則(ze)貼(tie)在(zai)彈(dan)性(xing)應(ying)變(bian)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)最(zui)大(da)應(ying)變(bian)處(chu)。實(shi)際(ji)上(shang),較(jiao)複(fu)雜(za)的(de)應(ying)變(bian)管(guan)式(shi)和(he)應(ying)變(bian)梁(liang)式(shi)都(dou)屬(shu)於(yu)這(zhe)種(zhong)型(xing)式(shi)。
感受元件有膜片、膜盒、波紋管、波登管等,彈性應變元件有懸臂梁、固定梁、Π形梁、環形梁、薄(bo)壁(bi)筒(tong)等(deng)。它(ta)們(men)之(zhi)間(jian)可(ke)根(gen)據(ju)不(bu)同(tong)需(xu)要(yao)組(zu)合(he)成(cheng)多(duo)種(zhong)型(xing)式(shi)。應(ying)變(bian)式(shi)壓(ya)力(li)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)流(liu)動(dong)介(jie)質(zhi)動(dong)態(tai)或(huo)靜(jing)態(tai)壓(ya)力(li),例(li)如(ru)動(dong)力(li)管(guan)道(dao)設(she)備(bei)的(de)進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)氣(qi)體(ti)或(huo)液(ye)體(ti)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)、內燃機管道壓力等等。
2、膜片式
它(ta)的(de)彈(dan)性(xing)敏(min)感(gan)元(yuan)件(jian)為(wei)周(zhou)邊(bian)固(gu)定(ding)圓(yuan)形(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)平(ping)膜(mo)片(pian)。膜(mo)片(pian)受(shou)壓(ya)力(li)變(bian)形(xing)時(shi),中(zhong)心(xin)處(chu)徑(jing)向(xiang)應(ying)變(bian)和(he)切(qie)向(xiang)應(ying)變(bian)均(jun)達(da)到(dao)正(zheng)的(de)最(zui)大(da)值(zhi),而(er)邊(bian)緣(yuan)處(chu)徑(jing)向(xiang)應(ying)變(bian)達(da)到(dao)負(fu)的(de)最(zui)大(da)值(zhi),切(qie)向(xiang)應(ying)變(bian)為(wei)零(ling)。因(yin)此(ci)常(chang)把(ba)兩(liang)個(ge)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)分(fen)別(bie)貼(tie)在(zai)正(zheng)負(fu)最(zui)大(da)應(ying)變(bian)處(chu),並(bing)接(jie)成(cheng)相(xiang)鄰(lin)橋(qiao)臂(bi)的(de)半(ban)橋(qiao)電(dian)路(lu)以(yi)獲(huo)得(de)較(jiao)大(da)靈(ling)敏(min)度(du)和(he)溫(wen)度(du)補(bu)償(chang)作(zuo)用(yong)。采(cai)用(yong)圓(yuan)形(xing)箔(bo)式(shi)應(ying)變(bian)計(ji)(見電阻應變計)則ze能neng最zui大da限xian度du地di利li用yong膜mo片pian的de應ying變bian效xiao果guo,這zhe種zhong傳chuan感gan器qi的de非fei線xian性xing較jiao顯xian著zhu。膜mo片pian式shi壓ya力li傳chuan感gan器qi的de最zui新xin產chan品pin是shi將jiang彈dan性xing敏min感gan元yuan件jian和he應ying變bian片pian的de作zuo用yong集ji於yu單dan晶jing矽gui膜mo片pian一yi身shen,即ji采cai用yong集ji成cheng電dian路lu工gong藝yi在zai單dan晶jing矽gui膜mo片pian上shang擴kuo散san製zhi作zuo電dian阻zu條tiao,並bing采cai用yong周zhou邊bian固gu定ding結jie構gou製zhi成cheng的de固gu態tai壓ya力li傳chuan感gan器qi(見壓阻式傳感器).
3、應變梁式

4、應變管式
應變管式亦稱應變筒式,它的彈性敏感元件為一端封閉的薄壁圓筒,其另一端帶有法蘭與被測係統連接。在筒壁上貼有2片或4片應變片,其中一半貼在實心部分作為溫度補償片,另一半作為測量應變片。當沒有壓力時4片應變片組成平衡的全橋式電路;當壓力作用於內腔時,圓筒變形成“腰鼓形”,使電橋失去平衡,輸出與壓力成一定關係的電壓。
