內憂外患小型裝載機亟待走出“混沌”

缺失行業歸屬

小裝主要指額定載荷在0.3~0.9Tzhijiandechanpin,yechengzhiweiweixingzhuangzaiji。youyuxingyeguishubumingque,xiaozhuangchanpinzhijinmeiyoutongyideguojiajishuzhiliangbiaozhun,juedaduoshuxiaozhuangchanpindoushizaisiluntuolajidejichushangkaifachulaide。ciwaixiaozhuangchanpinmuqiansuoshiyongdepeitaojianzhuyaolaiyuanyutuolajiheqingka,meiyouxiaozhuangsuoxuyaodedisuzhongfuhezhuanyongqiao、專用箱等關鍵配套件,甚至包括小裝專用的工程輪胎。由於技術含量很低,導致行業門檻非常低,成為事實上的“不設防”的行業,任何人、企業都可以十分輕易地進入小裝行業。
至今小裝生產企業的數量是一個“迷”,據工程機械協會鏟運分會秘書長陳凱運先生保守估計在200家以上。比較集中在山東萊州、泰安、濰坊、河南洛陽、福建泉州等地,年產銷量超過2000台的小裝企業屈指可數,多數小裝企業的年產銷量在200台以下,因此對於小裝生產企業而言,成立與倒閉同樣容易。
正(zheng)是(shi)由(you)於(yu)小(xiao)裝(zhuang)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)實(shi)力(li)十(shi)分(fen)有(you)限(xian),產(chan)品(pin)技(ji)術(shu)含(han)量(liang)又(you)不(bu)高(gao),導(dao)致(zhi)絕(jue)大(da)多(duo)數(shu)企(qi)業(ye)在(zai)參(can)與(yu)市(shi)場(chang)競(jing)爭(zheng)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)基(ji)本(ben)上(shang)都(dou)是(shi)采(cai)取(qu)價(jia)格(ge)競(jing)爭(zheng)單(dan)一(yi)手(shou)段(duan),以(yi)售(shou)出(chu)產(chan)品(pin)為(wei)目(mu)的(de),而(er)不(bu)考(kao)慮(lv)未(wei)來(lai)市(shi)場(chang)的(de)事(shi)情(qing)。在(zai)大(da)裝(zhuang)行(xing)業(ye)常(chang)見(jian)的(de)信(xin)用(yong)、服務、品牌等競爭手段,小裝行業基本上都沒有,除了企業實力差異和產品差異之外,營銷理念和管理水平恐怕是深層次的原因。

市場分化加劇

在內因和外因的雙重影響下,小裝市場出現分化是一種必然趨勢。

中高端小裝用戶的需求變化,直接帶動了小裝企業的分化,隨著消費觀念的進步和資金實力的壯大,部分農村用戶(尤其是從事農業產業化經營的用戶)對產品性能和售後服務等提出了更高的要求。如遼寧鞍山海虹生產的高檔小裝產品不僅擁有自己的專利技術(利用機械裝置大幅度提升產品性能,避免利用電控、液壓等裝置升級產品性能後給農村用戶帶來的使用維護成本上升),而且推出了“無爭議”服務。
特別是大裝企業介入加大了小裝企業壓力,2006年底,龍工控股收購了河南白雲機電,涉入小裝生產領域。
