內憂外患小型裝載機亟待走出“混沌”

缺失行業歸屬
與大中型裝載機行業相比,小裝行業的發展可以用“計劃外”laixingrong,bujinzhengfubumenmeiyouzhidingxiangguandechanyezhengcehuofazhanguihua,erqiezhijinyemeiyouchedimingquexingyeguishuwenti,xianshizhongdexiaozhuangxingyeshihengkuagongchengjixie、農(nong)業(ye)機(ji)械(xie)和(he)建(jian)築(zhu)機(ji)械(xie)等(deng)三(san)個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)的(de)灰(hui)色(se)地(di)帶(dai)。盡(jin)管(guan),小(xiao)裝(zhuang)市(shi)場(chang)一(yi)片(pian)繁(fan)榮(rong)景(jing)象(xiang),但(dan)所(suo)有(you)的(de)小(xiao)裝(zhuang)生(sheng)產(chan)企(qi)業(ye)和(he)代(dai)理(li)商(shang)都(dou)不(bu)能(neng)回(hui)避(bi)橫(heng)亙(gen)在(zai)整(zheng)個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)麵(mian)前(qian)的(de)諸(zhu)多(duo)發(fa)展(zhan)障(zhang)礙(ai)。
小裝主要指額定載荷在0.3~0.9Tzhijiandechanpin,yechengzhiweiweixingzhuangzaiji。youyuxingyeguishubumingque,xiaozhuangchanpinzhijinmeiyoutongyideguojiajishuzhiliangbiaozhun,juedaduoshuxiaozhuangchanpindoushizaisiluntuolajidejichushangkaifachulaide。ciwaixiaozhuangchanpinmuqiansuoshiyongdepeitaojianzhuyaolaiyuanyutuolajiheqingka,meiyouxiaozhuangsuoxuyaodedisuzhongfuhezhuanyongqiao、專用箱等關鍵配套件,甚至包括小裝專用的工程輪胎。由於技術含量很低,導致行業門檻非常低,成為事實上的“不設防”的行業,任何人、企業都可以十分輕易地進入小裝行業。
至今小裝生產企業的數量是一個“迷”,據工程機械協會鏟運分會秘書長陳凱運先生保守估計在200家以上。比較集中在山東萊州、泰安、濰坊、河南洛陽、福建泉州等地,年產銷量超過2000台的小裝企業屈指可數,多數小裝企業的年產銷量在200台以下,因此對於小裝生產企業而言,成立與倒閉同樣容易。

市場分化加劇

在內因和外因的雙重影響下,小裝市場出現分化是一種必然趨勢。

中高端小裝用戶的需求變化,直接帶動了小裝企業的分化,隨著消費觀念的進步和資金實力的壯大,部分農村用戶(尤其是從事農業產業化經營的用戶)對產品性能和售後服務等提出了更高的要求。如遼寧鞍山海虹生產的高檔小裝產品不僅擁有自己的專利技術(利用機械裝置大幅度提升產品性能,避免利用電控、液壓等裝置升級產品性能後給農村用戶帶來的使用維護成本上升),而且推出了“無爭議”服務。
特別是大裝企業介入加大了小裝企業壓力,2006年底,龍工控股收購了河南白雲機電,涉入小裝生產領域。

近年來裝載機知名企業近年來紛紛涉入小裝生產領域,如龍工、徐工、山工等,但大多並未真正生產1噸(dun)以(yi)下(xia)小(xiao)裝(zhuang)產(chan)品(pin),阻(zu)礙(ai)他(ta)們(men)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi)中(zhong)高(gao)檔(dang)產(chan)品(pin)市(shi)場(chang)容(rong)量(liang)不(bu)足(zu)。但(dan)是(shi),這(zhe)也(ye)意(yi)味(wei)留(liu)給(gei)小(xiao)裝(zhuang)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)並(bing)不(bu)太(tai)多(duo),如(ru)果(guo)不(bu)能(neng)在(zai)較(jiao)短(duan)時(shi)間(jian)內(nei)實(shi)現(xian)企(qi)業(ye)和(he)產(chan)品(pin)升(sheng)級(ji),從(cong)經(jing)營(ying)理(li)念(nian)、chanpinliniandaoyingxiaolinianquanfangweiziwogexin,bazishengaizaochengweiyigejuyouchangyuanfazhanmubiaohexiandaishichangjingzhengyishidezhizaoqiye,binghuodejiaodadexiaoliangguimo,namezaiweilaiyuzhuangzaijizhimingqiyedejingzhengzhongshengchudekenengjiuhenxiao。
