2 5例變頻器故障處理過程
(1) 變頻器驅動電機抖動
在接修一台安川616PC5-5.5kW變頻器時,客戶送修時標明電機行抖動,此時第一反應是輸出電壓不平衡.在檢查功率器件後發現無損壞,給變頻器通電顯示正常,運行變頻器,測量三相輸出電壓確實不平衡,測試六路數出波形,發現W相xiang下xia橋qiao波bo形xing不bu正zheng常chang,依yi次ci測ce量liang該gai路lu電dian阻zu,二er極ji管guan,光guang耦ou。發fa現xian提ti供gong反fan壓ya的de一yi二er極ji管guan擊ji穿chuan,更geng換huan後hou,重zhong新xin上shang電dian運yun行xing,三san相xiang輸shu出chu電dian壓ya平ping衡heng,修xiu複fu。
(2) 變頻器頻率上不去
在接修一台普傳220V,單相,1.5kW變頻器時,客戶標明頻率上不去,隻能上到20Hz,此時第一想到的是有可能參數設置不當,依次檢查參數,發現最高頻率,上限頻率都為60Hz,可見不是參數問題,又懷疑是頻率給定方式不對,後改成麵板給定頻率,變頻器最高可運行到60Hz,由此看來,問提出在模擬量輸入電路上,檢查此電路時,發現一貼片電容損壞,更換後,變頻器正常。
(3) 變頻器跳過流
在接修一台台安N2係列,400V,3.7kW變頻器時,客戶標明在起動時顯示過電流。在檢查模塊確認完好後,給變頻器通電,在不帶電機的情況下,啟動一瞬間顯示OC2,首(shou)先(xian)想(xiang)到(dao)的(de)是(shi)電(dian)流(liu)檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)路(lu)損(sun)壞(huai),依(yi)次(ci)更(geng)換(huan)檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)路(lu),發(fa)現(xian)故(gu)障(zhang)依(yi)然(ran)無(wu)法(fa)消(xiao)除(chu)。於(yu)是(shi)擴(kuo)大(da)檢(jian)測(ce)範(fan)圍(wei),檢(jian)查(zha)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)路(lu),在(zai)檢(jian)查(zha)驅(qu)動(dong)波(bo)形(xing)時(shi)發(fa)現(xian)有(you)一(yi)路(lu)波(bo)形(xing)不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang),檢(jian)查(zha)其(qi)周(zhou)邊(bian)器(qi)件(jian),發(fa)現(xian)一(yi)貼(tie)片(pian)電(dian)容(rong)有(you)短(duan)路(lu),更(geng)換(huan)後(hou),變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)運(yun)行(xing)良(liang)好(hao)。
(4) 變頻器整流橋二次損壞
