變頻器的諧波幹擾與抑製
變頻器中要進行大功率二極管整流、大功率晶體管逆變,結果是在輸入輸出回路產生電流高次諧波,幹擾供電係統、負載及其他鄰近電氣設備。在實際使用過程中,經常遇到變頻器諧波幹擾問題,下麵簡單介紹諧波產生的機理、傳播途徑及有效抑製幹擾的方法。
1.變頻器諧波產生機理
變頻器的主電路一般為交-直-交組成,外部輸入380V/50Hz的(de)工(gong)頻(pin)電(dian)源(yuan)經(jing)三(san)相(xiang)橋(qiao)路(lu)不(bu)可(ke)控(kong)整(zheng)流(liu)成(cheng)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)信(xin)號(hao),經(jing)濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)容(rong)濾(lv)波(bo)及(ji)大(da)功(gong)率(lv)晶(jing)體(ti)管(guan)開(kai)關(guan)元(yuan)件(jian)逆(ni)變(bian)為(wei)頻(pin)率(lv)可(ke)變(bian)的(de)交(jiao)流(liu)信(xin)號(hao)。在(zai)整(zheng)流(liu)回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong),輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)流(liu)的(de)波(bo)形(xing)為(wei)不(bu)規(gui)則(ze)的(de)矩(ju)形(xing)波(bo),波(bo)形(xing)按(an)傅(fu)立(li)葉(ye)級(ji)數(shu)分(fen)解(jie)為(wei)基(ji)波(bo)和(he)各(ge)次(ci)諧(xie)波(bo),其(qi)中(zhong)的(de)高(gao)次(ci)諧(xie)波(bo)將(jiang)幹(gan)擾(rao)輸(shu)入(ru)供(gong)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong)。在(zai)逆(ni)變(bian)輸(shu)出(chu)回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong),輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號(hao)是(shi)受(shou)PWM載波信號調製的脈衝波形,對於GTR大功率逆變元件,其PWM的載波頻率為2~3kHz,而IGBT大功率逆變元件的PWM最高載頻可達15kHz。同(tong)樣(yang),輸(shu)出(chu)回(hui)路(lu)電(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號(hao)也(ye)可(ke)分(fen)解(jie)為(wei)隻(zhi)含(han)正(zheng)弦(xian)波(bo)的(de)基(ji)波(bo)和(he)其(qi)他(ta)各(ge)次(ci)諧(xie)波(bo),而(er)高(gao)次(ci)諧(xie)波(bo)電(dian)流(liu)對(dui)負(fu)載(zai)直(zhi)接(jie)幹(gan)擾(rao)。另(ling)外(wai)高(gao)次(ci)諧(xie)波(bo)電(dian)流(liu)還(hai)通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)纜(lan)向(xiang)空(kong)間(jian)輻(fu)射(she),幹(gan)擾(rao)鄰(lin)近(jin)電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)。
2.抑製諧波幹擾常用的方法
諧波的傳播途徑是傳導和輻射,解決傳導幹擾主要是在電路中把傳導的高頻電流濾掉或者隔離;解決輻射幹擾就是對輻射源或被幹擾的線路進行屏蔽。具體常用方法:(1)變頻係統的供電電源與其他設備的供電電源相互獨立,或在變頻器和其他用電設備的輸入側安裝隔離變壓器,切斷諧波電流。(2)在變頻器輸入側與輸出側串接合適的電抗器,或安裝諧波濾波器,濾波器的組成必須是LC型,吸收諧波和增大電源或負載的阻抗,達到抑製諧波的目的。(3)電動機和變頻器之間電纜應穿鋼管敷設或用鎧裝電纜,並與其他弱電信號在不同的電纜溝分別敷設,避免輻射幹擾。(4)信號線采用屏蔽線,且布線時與變頻器主回路控製線錯開一定距離(至少20cm以上),切斷輻射幹擾。(5)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)使(shi)用(yong)專(zhuan)用(yong)接(jie)地(di)線(xian),且(qie)用(yong)粗(cu)短(duan)線(xian)接(jie)地(di),鄰(lin)近(jin)其(qi)他(ta)電(dian)器(qi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)地(di)線(xian)必(bi)須(xu)與(yu)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)配(pei)線(xian)分(fen)開(kai),使(shi)用(yong)短(duan)線(xian)。這(zhe)樣(yang)能(neng)有(you)效(xiao)抑(yi)製(zhi)電(dian)流(liu)諧(xie)波(bo)對(dui)鄰(lin)近(jin)設(she)備(bei)的(de)輻(fu)射(she)幹(gan)擾(rao)。
3.抑製諧波幹擾實例
例1,某變頻切換控製係統,變頻器啟動運行正常,而鄰近液位計讀數偏高,一次表輸入4mA時,液位顯示不是下限值;液位未到設定上限值時,液位計卻顯示上限,致使變頻器接收停機指令,迫使變頻器停止運行。
這顯然是變頻器的高次諧波幹擾液位計,幹擾傳播途徑是液位計的電源回路或信號線。解決辦法:將(jiang)液(ye)位(wei)計(ji)的(de)供(gong)電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan)取(qu)自(zi)另(ling)一(yi)供(gong)電(dian)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),諧(xie)波(bo)幹(gan)擾(rao)減(jian)弱(ruo),再(zai)將(jiang)信(xin)號(hao)線(xian)穿(chuan)入(ru)鋼(gang)管(guan)敷(fu)設(she),並(bing)與(yu)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)主(zhu)回(hui)路(lu)線(xian)隔(ge)開(kai)一(yi)定(ding)距(ju)離(li),經(jing)這(zhe)樣(yang)處(chu)理(li)後(hou),諧(xie)波(bo)幹(gan)擾(rao)基(ji)本(ben)抑(yi)製(zhi),液(ye)位(wei)計(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)恢(hui)複(fu)正(zheng)常(chang)。
例2,某變頻控製液位顯示係統,液位計與變頻器在同一個櫃體安裝,變頻器工作正常,而液位計顯示不準且不穩,起初我們懷凝一次表、二次表、信號線及流體介質有問題,更換所有這些儀表、信(xin)號(hao)電(dian)纜(lan),並(bing)改(gai)善(shan)流(liu)體(ti)特(te)性(xing),故(gu)障(zhang)依(yi)然(ran)存(cun)在(zai),而(er)這(zhe)故(gu)障(zhang)就(jiu)是(shi)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)高(gao)次(ci)諧(xie)波(bo)電(dian)流(liu)通(tong)過(guo)輸(shu)出(chu)回(hui)路(lu)電(dian)纜(lan)向(xiang)外(wai)輻(fu)射(she),傳(chuan)遞(di)到(dao)信(xin)號(hao)電(dian)纜(lan),引(yin)起(qi)幹(gan)擾(rao)。
解決辦法:液位計信號線及其控製線與變頻器的控製線及主回路線分開一定距離,且櫃體外信號線穿入鋼管敷設,外殼良好接地,故障排除。

解決辦法:把ba其qi中zhong一yi隻zhi電dian位wei器qi移yi到dao其qi他ta櫃gui體ti固gu定ding,且qie引yin線xian用yong屏ping蔽bi信xin號hao線xian,結jie果guo幹gan擾rao減jian弱ruo。為wei了le徹che底di抑yi製zhi幹gan擾rao,重zhong新xin加jia工gong一yi個ge電dian控kong櫃gui,並bing與yu原yuan櫃gui體ti一yi定ding距ju離li放fang置zhi,把ba其qi中zhong的de一yi台tai變bian頻pin器qi移yi到dao該gai電dian控kong櫃gui,相xiang應ying的de接jie線xian及ji引yin線xian作zuo必bi要yao的de改gai動dong,這zhe樣yang處chu理li後hou,幹gan擾rao基ji本ben消xiao除chu,故gu障zhang排pai除chu。例li4,moubianpinkongzhixitong,qiehuanliangtaojibeng,yuanxianjibengshikaozioujiangyaqidonggongpinyunxingzhengchang,xiangaiweibianpinyunxing,suinengshixiantiaopinjiansugongneng,danbianpinqishuchuduandaodiandongjijiandeshuchuxianyanzhongfare,diandongjiwaikewenshengjiazhong,jingchangchuxianbaohutiaozha。zheshiyouyubianpinqishuchudianyahedianliuxinhaozhongbaohanPWM高次諧波,而諧波電流在輸出導線和電動機繞線上形成附加功率損耗。
解決辦法:babianpinqishuruxianyushuchuxianfenkai,fenbiezougezidedianlangou,xuanyongdayihaojiemiandedianlanhuanyuanxiandianlan,shuchuduanyudiandongjizhijiandedianlanchangdujinkenengduan。zheyangchulihou,fareguzhangpaichu。duixianchangchuxiandegezhongbianpinqigaocixieboganrao,jibenshangdounengzhaoyishangjieshaodefangfashunliyizhi,danduixiebochengfenjifuduyaoqiuhenyandeshebei,chediyizhigaocixieboganraofeichangkunnan,youdaijinyibugongguanjiejue。
