根據這個推理,“企業信息化”裏所指的兩個狀態是什麼呢?它所帶有的感情成份同我們“趕超”歐美的心態有沒有關係呢?下麵從3個方麵對企業信息化進行剖析。
從“信息不足”轉變為“信息豐富”
應該說這個理解最符合“信息化”字麵上的含義,也符合目前所倡導的向“知識型企業”轉(zhuan)變(bian)的(de)概(gai)念(nian)。在(zai)過(guo)去(qu)計(ji)劃(hua)經(jing)濟(ji)時(shi)代(dai),企(qi)業(ye)領(ling)導(dao)者(zhe)在(zai)作(zuo)出(chu)各(ge)種(zhong)決(jue)定(ding)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),雖(sui)然(ran)不(bu)能(neng)說(shuo)他(ta)們(men)不(bu)需(xu)要(yao)各(ge)種(zhong)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)支(zhi)持(chi),但(dan)長(chang)官(guan)意(yi)誌(zhi)也(ye)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)不(bu)小(xiao)的(de)因(yin)素(su),而(er)且(qie),即(ji)使(shi)領(ling)導(dao)者(zhe)想(xiang)科(ke)學(xue)決(jue)策(ce),可(ke)用(yong)信(xin)息(xi)也(ye)是(shi)少(shao)之(zhi)又(you)少(shao),如(ru)果(guo)下(xia)級(ji)再(zai)有(you)浮(fu)誇(kua)虛(xu)報(bao)的(de)不(bu)良(liang)習(xi)慣(guan),這(zhe)種(zhong)決(jue)策(ce)的(de)有(you)效(xiao)性(xing)和(he)科(ke)學(xue)性(xing)就(jiu)可(ke)想(xiang)而(er)知(zhi)了(le)。
我(wo)們(men)知(zhi)道(dao),數(shu)據(ju)不(bu)等(deng)於(yu)信(xin)息(xi),隻(zhi)有(you)對(dui)粗(cu)數(shu)據(ju)進(jin)行(xing)加(jia)工(gong)並(bing)結(jie)合(he)實(shi)際(ji)業(ye)務(wu)需(xu)要(yao)才(cai)能(neng)判(pan)定(ding)其(qi)處(chu)理(li)結(jie)果(guo)的(de)可(ke)用(yong)性(xing)。信(xin)息(xi)加(jia)工(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)一(yi)般(ban)都(dou)要(yao)經(jing)過(guo)數(shu)據(ju)采(cai)集(ji)、加工,最後歸納總結這些階段。對於一個典型的企業,對信息的需求主要有市場及產品信息、財務信息、客戶需求信息,以及國家政策和股市等這些宏觀經濟信息。宏觀經濟環境的信息大都來源於企業之外,比如國家統計部門、第3方研究機構等,隻有非常大型的企業才有能力建立自己的研究機構。因此,企業信息化裏的“信息”主要還是集中於企業從事生產、服務活動的微觀信息需求。
