2、xingyexintaifuzao,queshaochangqijingyinglinian。youyushehuidekuaisubiangejijigongjinlidexintaizaochengxingyezhongjishurenyuanhennanjingxinxialai,renzhenyanjiumuqianchuanganqiyexiangguanjichuxingketi,rudanxingtidecaizhiwenti、電鍍工藝問題、有限元分析設計問題、熱處理問題以及傳感器彈性模量補償準確性問題、封膠與焊接工藝問題、應變計製造與檢測問題等等。更多企業采用了在拆裝國內外名牌傳感器基礎上加以模仿,很難在對傳感器彈性體材質、彈性體設計、製(zhi)作(zuo)工(gong)藝(yi)上(shang)有(you)充(chong)分(fen)了(le)解(jie)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang)有(you)所(suo)創(chuang)新(xin)和(he)突(tu)破(po),很(hen)難(nan)擁(yong)有(you)本(ben)公(gong)司(si)或(huo)本(ben)行(xing)業(ye)核(he)心(xin)競(jing)爭(zheng)技(ji)術(shu)。另(ling)一(yi)方(fang)麵(mian),除(chu)了(le)基(ji)礎(chu)性(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)落(luo)後(hou)及(ji)技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)急(ji)功(gong)近(jin)利(li)外(wai),目(mu)前(qian)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)業(ye)還(hai)缺(que)少(shao)對(dui)整(zheng)個(ge)市(shi)場(chang)營(ying)運(yun)、商業策劃、品質管理、人才管理、經(jing)營(ying)理(li)念(nian)等(deng)方(fang)麵(mian)進(jin)行(xing)強(qiang)大(da)投(tou)入(ru)及(ji)有(you)序(xu)發(fa)展(zhan)規(gui)劃(hua)。盡(jin)管(guan)許(xu)多(duo)業(ye)內(nei)人(ren)土(tu)對(dui)中(zhong)國(guo)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)業(ye)出(chu)口(kou)至(zhi)世(shi)界(jie)各(ge)地(di)津(jin)津(jin)樂(le)道(dao),甚(shen)至(zhi)許(xu)多(duo)專(zhuan)家(jia)及(ji)協(xie)會(hui)人(ren)士(shi)對(dui)國(guo)內(nei)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)業(ye)成(cheng)為(wei)世(shi)界(jie)工(gong)廠(chang)充(chong)滿(man)信(xin)心(xin),但(dan)這(zhe)實(shi)際(ji)上(shang)並(bing)沒(mei)有(you)解(jie)決(jue)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)出(chu)口(kou)核(he)心(xin)競(jing)爭(zheng)力(li)的(de)問(wen)題(ti),隻(zhi)是(shi)利(li)用(yong)目(mu)前(qian)國(guo)內(nei)相(xiang)對(dui)廉(lian)價(jia)及(ji)充(chong)沛(pei)的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)資(zi)源(yuan)尋(xun)找(zhao)出(chu)口(kou)競(jing)爭(zheng)力(li),而(er)關(guan)於(yu)行(xing)業(ye)中(zhong)資(zi)金(jin)、技術、人才問題卻沒有引起太多重視,也沒有提出解決問題的思路。

4、基(ji)礎(chu)材(cai)料(liao)與(yu)工(gong)藝(yi)製(zhi)作(zuo)水(shui)平(ping)還(hai)不(bu)能(neng)適(shi)應(ying)國(guo)際(ji)競(jing)爭(zheng)需(xu)要(yao)。從(cong)基(ji)礎(chu)材(cai)料(liao)來(lai)看(kan),首(shou)先(xian)是(shi)應(ying)變(bian)計(ji)製(zhi)作(zuo)技(ji)術(shu)與(yu)國(guo)外(wai)仍(reng)有(you)差(cha)距(ju),從(cong)柯(ke)力(li)目(mu)前(qian)年(nian)消(xiao)耗(hao)三(san)十(shi)多(duo)萬(wan)應(ying)變(bian)計(ji)不(bu)合(he)格(ge)率(lv)計(ji)算(suan),國(guo)產(chan)應(ying)變(bian)計(ji)仍(reng)高(gao)出(chu)國(guo)外(wai)產(chan)品(pin)數(shu)倍(bei),從(cong)用(yong)戶(hu)退(tui)貨(huo)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)故(gu)障(zhang)率(lv)屬(shu)於(yu)應(ying)變(bian)計(ji)本(ben)身(shen)及(ji)貼(tie)片(pian)技(ji)術(shu)占(zhan)到(dao)質(zhi)量(liang)問(wen)題(ti)三(san)分(fen)之(zhi)一(yi)以(yi)上(shang)。而(er)每(mei)一(yi)片(pian)應(ying)變(bian)計(ji)問(wen)題(ti)所(suo)帶(dai)來(lai)的(de)是(shi)每(mei)一(yi)隻(zhi)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)不(bu)合(he)格(ge)及(ji)每(mei)一(yi)台(tai)衡(heng)器(qi)不(bu)合(he)格(ge)。對(dui)汽(qi)車(che)衡(heng)來(lai)講(jiang)有(you)1‰應變片不合格率,帶來4‰左右傳感器不合格率及2%左zuo右you汽qi車che衡heng不bu合he格ge率lv,因yin此ci應ying變bian片pian質zhi量liang可ke靠kao與yu否fou關guan係xi到dao中zhong國guo傳chuan感gan器qi業ye及ji衡heng器qi業ye品pin質zhi可ke靠kao及ji長chang期qi穩wen定ding性xing,而er目mu前qian業ye內nei對dui應ying變bian計ji質zhi量liang問wen題ti事shi前qian預yu防fang及ji應ying變bian計ji製zhi造zao商shang出chu廠chang檢jian驗yan可ke靠kao性xing缺que少shao控kong製zhi方fang法fa。其qi次ci是shi在zai材cai質zhi上shang國guo內nei不bu鏽xiu鋼gang材cai料liao及ji熱re處chu理li工gong藝yi仍reng不bu能neng保bao證zheng傳chuan感gan器qi彈dan性xing體ti每mei一yi批pi次ci合he格ge率lv及ji長chang期qi穩wen定ding可ke靠kao。再zai次ci是shi電dian子zi元yuan器qi件jian包bao括kuoCPU、A/D轉zhuan換huan質zhi量liang可ke靠kao與yu穩wen定ding直zhi接jie影ying響xiang數shu字zi傳chuan感gan器qi製zhi作zuo長chang期qi穩wen定ding性xing。最zui後hou是shi電dian鍍du外wai觀guan上shang,國guo內nei與yu國guo外wai傳chuan感gan器qi存cun在zai明ming顯xian差cha距ju,有you些xie企qi業ye產chan品pin在zai出chu口kou途tu中zhong已yi是shi鏽xiu跡ji斑ban斑ban。從cong工gong藝yi上shang來lai看kan,目mu前qian許xu多duo傳chuan感gan器qi企qi業ye很hen難nan執zhi行xing新xin的de國guo標biao(GB/T7551-1997),OIML認ren證zheng國guo內nei許xu多duo正zheng業ye仍reng是shi通tong不bu過guo,尤you其qi是shi高gao低di溫wen性xing能neng上shang達da不bu到dao要yao求qiu,而er費fei了le九jiu牛niu二er虎hu之zhi力li通tong過guo的de企qi業ye依yi然ran在zai批pi量liang生sheng產chan中zhong很hen難nan做zuo到dao普pu遍bian的de合he格ge率lv。何he況kuang目mu前qian傳chuan感gan器qi業ye魚yu龍long混hun雜za,有you許xu多duo企qi業ye甚shen至zhi連lian測ce力li機ji、高低溫設備也沒有,更談不上工藝保證。從今年三季度國家抽查稱重傳感器合格率隻有三成左右,也證明了這一點。
當然,冰凍三尺非一日之寒,既要看到存在問題,也要看到麵臨的機遇,我們應理順今後的發展思路:
1、拋(pao)棄(qi)浮(fu)躁(zao)心(xin)態(tai)加(jia)強(qiang)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)基(ji)礎(chu)性(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)和(he)工(gong)藝(yi)保(bao)證(zheng)手(shou)段(duan)。國(guo)家(jia)技(ji)監(jian)等(deng)有(you)關(guan)部(bu)門(men)必(bi)須(xu)積(ji)極(ji)地(di)引(yin)導(dao)幫(bang)助(zhu)企(qi)業(ye)籌(chou)建(jian)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)開(kai)發(fa)中(zhong)心(xin)。要(yao)加(jia)大(da)對(dui)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)基(ji)礎(chu)性(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)部(bu)門(men)投(tou)入(ru),重(zhong)點(dian)培(pei)養(yang)相(xiang)關(guan)基(ji)礎(chu)領(ling)域(yu)人(ren)才(cai),提(ti)高(gao)中(zhong)國(guo)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)業(ye)基(ji)礎(chu)材(cai)料(liao)及(ji)基(ji)礎(chu)領(ling)域(yu)重(zhong)大(da)課(ke)題(ti)研(yan)究(jiu)水(shui)準(zhun);相(xiang)關(guan)檢(jian)測(ce)中(zhong)心(xin)要(yao)及(ji)時(shi)根(gen)據(ju)抽(chou)查(zha)結(jie)果(guo)數(shu)據(ju)提(ti)出(chu)解(jie)決(jue)問(wen)題(ti)方(fang)案(an),並(bing)重(zhong)點(dian)培(pei)育(yu)一(yi)批(pi)有(you)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)企(qi)業(ye)進(jin)入(ru)免(mian)檢(jian)行(xing)列(lie),為(wei)行(xing)業(ye)骨(gu)幹(gan)企(qi)業(ye)在(zai)國(guo)際(ji)市(shi)場(chang)競(jing)爭(zheng)創(chuang)建(jian)條(tiao)件(jian);協會及信息中心除了組織相關企業走出國門外還應當在行業現狀及發展規劃、行業人才培訓及培養,行業基礎性問題研究以及扶優汰劣上下功夫;作為企業本身,應重點練好內功,以OIML R60建議及GB/T7551-1997新國標為標準,加強工藝裝備及工藝開發人員培訓與培養,確保傳感器長期可靠性及穩定性。對此2002年柯力公司在這方麵下了較大的功夫,先後購置和引進了數控加工設備、彈性體清洗設備、風淋房、應變計檢測設備、步入式大型零點自動補償係統、6台激光焊接機及激光打標設備、5台高低溫試驗設備及濕熱、鹽霧試驗設備、全自動檢測設備等,價值500多萬元。並計劃於2003年通過OIML認證使柯力產品工藝和品質有了更進一步充分的保證手段。
