無線產品:廣泛應用尚需時日 國內外共同矚目

電廠自動化:信息化步伐加快 自主技術含量提高
而電力行業,近些年來自動化程度也越來越高。值得一提的是,在廠級信息監控係統(SIS)的開發和應用上,還走出了一條符合國內特色的道路。
據熱工自動化標準化技術委員會主任、教授級高級工程師侯子良介紹,隨著中國電廠機組(車間)級自動化任務的基本解決,電廠廠級信息化的規劃問題應運而生,正是在這種背景下,國內形成了一條SIS+MIS的中國電廠信息化道路,在一定程度上異於國外電廠從製造業移植的ERP+MES結構。
據侯子良介紹,SIS和MES的主要差異在於以下兩個方麵。首先, SIS對象非常明確,是指實時生產過程(運行),而在規劃廠級信息化係統時將非實時生產過程(檢修等)納入MIS中;而MES對象泛指生產過程,包括實時和非實時生產過程。其次,MES主要考慮離線管理,而SIS還考慮在線監視和管理,而且根據電廠獨有特點,在納入機組優化負荷分配後還將會出現全廠綜合優化控製功能。
