傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)通(tong)常(chang)由(you)敏(min)感(gan)元(yuan)件(jian)和(he)轉(zhuan)換(huan)元(yuan)件(jian)組(zu)成(cheng),是(shi)能(neng)夠(gou)檢(jian)測(ce)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)被(bei)測(ce)量(liang)並(bing)按(an)照(zhao)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)規(gui)律(lv)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)可(ke)用(yong)輸(shu)出(chu)信(xin)號(hao)的(de)器(qi)件(jian)或(huo)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)總(zong)稱(cheng)。當(dang)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)為(wei)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)標(biao)準(zhun)信(xin)號(hao)時(shi),則(ze)是(shi)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)。將(jiang)物(wu)理(li)信(xin)號(hao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)為(wei)電(dian)信(xin)號(hao)的(de)器(qi)件(jian)稱(cheng)之(zhi)為(wei)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),而(er)將(jiang)非(fei)標(biao)準(zhun)電(dian)信(xin)號(hao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)為(wei)標(biao)準(zhun)電(dian)信(xin)號(hao)的(de)儀(yi)器(qi)稱(cheng)之(zhi)為(wei)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)。一(yi)次(ci)儀(yi)表(biao)指(zhi)的(de)是(shi)現(xian)場(chang)測(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)或(huo)基(ji)地(di)控(kong)製(zhi)表(biao),二(er)次(ci)儀(yi)表(biao)指(zhi)利(li)用(yong)一(yi)次(ci)表(biao)信(xin)號(hao)完(wan)成(cheng)其(qi)他(ta)功(gong)能(neng)。

壓力傳感器、變送器使用過程中應注意的事項及維護
1.在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)應(ying)注(zhu)意(yi)的(de)事(shi)項(xiang)。變(bian)送(song)器(qi)在(zai)工(gong)藝(yi)管(guan)道(dao)上(shang)正(zheng)確(que)的(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)位(wei)置(zhi)與(yu)被(bei)測(ce)介(jie)質(zhi)有(you)關(guan),為(wei)獲(huo)效(xiao)得(de)最(zui)佳(jia)的(de)測(ce)量(liang)果(guo),應(ying)注(zhu)意(yi)注(zhu)意(yi)幾(ji)點(dian)情(qing)況(kuang)。第(di)一(yi)點(dian)是(shi)防(fang)止(zhi)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)與(yu)腐(fu)蝕(shi)性(xing)或(huo)過(guo)熱(re)的(de)介(jie)質(zhi)接(jie)觸(chu);第二點是測量液體壓力時,取壓口應開在流程管道側麵,以避免沉澱積渣;第三點是防止渣滓在導管內沉積;第四點是測量氣體壓力時,取壓口應開在流程管道頂端,並且變送器也應安裝在流程管道上部,以便積累的液體容易注入流程管道中;第五點是測量蒸汽或其它高溫介質時,需接加緩衝管(盤管)等冷凝器,不應使變送器的工作溫度超過極限;第六點是導壓管應安裝在溫度波動小的地方;第七點是冬季發生冰凍時,按裝在室外的變送器必需采取防凍措施,避免引壓口內的液體因結冰體積膨脹,導至傳感器損壞;第八點是接線時,將電纜穿過防水接頭或繞性管並擰緊密封螺帽,以防雨水等通過電纜滲漏進變送器殼體內;第九點是測量液體壓力時,變送器的安裝位置應避免液體的衝擊,以免傳感器過壓損壞。
