在(zai)測(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)器(qi)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)產(chan)生(sheng)誤(wu)差(cha)是(shi)在(zai)所(suo)難(nan)免(mian)的(de),但(dan)是(shi)如(ru)果(guo)我(wo)們(men)知(zhi)道(dao)誤(wu)差(cha)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin),對(dui)於(yu)避(bi)免(mian)測(ce)量(liang)誤(wu)差(cha)就(jiu)有(you)很(hen)大(da)幫(bang)助(zhu)了(le),下(xia)麵(mian)就(jiu)為(wei)大(da)家(jia)介(jie)紹(shao)一(yi)下(xia)渦(wo)街(jie)流(liu)量(liang)計(ji)顯(xian)示(shi)誤(wu)差(cha)的(de)五(wu)點(dian)。

2:液體中含有固相液體中含有粉狀、顆粒或纖維等固體,可能產生的故障有;①漿液噪聲;②電極表麵玷汙;③導電沉積層或絕緣沉積層覆蓋電極或襯裏;④襯裏被磨損或被沉積物覆蓋,流通截麵積縮小。

5:液體電導率超過允許範圍引發的問題液體導電率若接近下限值也有可能出現晃動現象。因為製造廠儀表規範(specification)guidingdexiaxianzhishizaigezhongshiyongtiaojianjiaohaozhuangtaixiakecechudezuidizhi,ershijitiaojianbukenengdouhenlixiang,yushijiuduociyudaodiduzhengliushuihuoqulizishui,qidaodianlvjiejindianciliuliangjiguifanguidingdexiaxianzhi5,使用時卻出現輸出晃動。通常認為能穩定測量的導電率下限值要高1~2個數量級。
