在(zai)了(le)解(jie)壓(ya)阻(zu)式(shi)力(li)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)時(shi),我(wo)們(men)首(shou)先(xian)認(ren)識(shi)一(yi)下(xia)電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)這(zhe)種(zhong)元(yuan)件(jian)。電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)將(jiang)被(bei)測(ce)件(jian)上(shang)的(de)應(ying)變(bian)變(bian)化(hua)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)為(wei)一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)信(xin)號(hao)的(de)敏(min)感(gan)器(qi)件(jian)。它(ta)是(shi)壓(ya)阻(zu)式(shi)應(ying)變(bian)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)組(zu)成(cheng)部(bu)分(fen)之(zhi)一(yi)。電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)應(ying)用(yong)最(zui)多(duo)的(de)是(shi)金(jin)屬(shu)電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)和(he)半(ban)導(dao)體(ti)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)兩(liang)種(zhong)。金(jin)屬(shu)電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)又(you)有(you)絲(si)狀(zhuang)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)和(he)金(jin)屬(shu)箔(bo)狀(zhuang)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)兩(liang)種(zhong)。通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)將(jiang)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)通(tong)過(guo)特(te)殊(shu)的(de)粘(zhan)和(he)劑(ji)緊(jin)密(mi)的(de)粘(zhan)合(he)在(zai)產(chan)生(sheng)力(li)學(xue)應(ying)變(bian)基(ji)體(ti)上(shang),當(dang)基(ji)體(ti)受(shou)力(li)發(fa)生(sheng)應(ying)力(li)變(bian)化(hua)時(shi),電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)也(ye)一(yi)起(qi)產(chan)生(sheng)形(xing)變(bian),使(shi)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)的(de)阻(zu)值(zhi)發(fa)生(sheng)改(gai)變(bian),從(cong)而(er)使(shi)加(jia)在(zai)電(dian)阻(zu)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua)。這(zhe)種(zhong)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)在(zai)受(shou)力(li)時(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)阻(zu)值(zhi)變(bian)化(hua)通(tong)常(chang)較(jiao)小(xiao),一(yi)般(ban)這(zhe)種(zhong)應(ying)變(bian)片(pian)都(dou)組(zu)成(cheng)應(ying)變(bian)電(dian)橋(qiao),並(bing)通(tong)過(guo)後(hou)續(xu)的(de)儀(yi)表(biao)放(fang)大(da)器(qi)進(jin)行(xing)放(fang)大(da),再(zai)傳(chuan)輸(shu)給(gei)處(chu)理(li)電(dian)路(lu)(通常是A/D轉換和CPU)顯示或執行機構。
金屬電阻應變片的內部結構
如圖1所示,是電阻應變片的結構示意圖,它由基體材料、金屬應變絲或應變箔、絕緣保護片和引出線等部分組成。根據不同的用途,電阻應變片的阻值可以由設計者設計,但電阻的取值範圍應注意:阻zu值zhi太tai小xiao,所suo需xu的de驅qu動dong電dian流liu太tai大da,同tong時shi應ying變bian片pian的de發fa熱re致zhi使shi本ben身shen的de溫wen度du過guo高gao,不bu同tong的de環huan境jing中zhong使shi用yong,使shi應ying變bian片pian的de阻zu值zhi變bian化hua太tai大da,輸shu出chu零ling點dian漂piao移yi明ming顯xian,調tiao零ling電dian路lu過guo於yu複fu雜za。而er電dian阻zu太tai大da,阻zu抗kang太tai高gao,抗kang外wai界jie的de電dian磁ci幹gan擾rao能neng力li較jiao差cha。一yi般ban均jun為wei幾ji十shi歐ou至zhi幾ji十shi千qian歐ou左zuo右you。
電阻應變片的工作原理
金jin屬shu電dian阻zu應ying變bian片pian的de工gong作zuo原yuan理li是shi吸xi附fu在zai基ji體ti材cai料liao上shang應ying變bian電dian阻zu隨sui機ji械xie形xing變bian而er產chan生sheng阻zu值zhi變bian化hua的de現xian象xiang,俗su稱cheng為wei電dian阻zu應ying變bian效xiao應ying。金jin屬shu導dao體ti的de電dian阻zu值zhi可ke用yong下xia式shi表biao示shi:

我wo們men以yi金jin屬shu絲si應ying變bian電dian阻zu為wei例li,當dang金jin屬shu絲si受shou外wai力li作zuo用yong時shi,其qi長chang度du和he截jie麵mian積ji都dou會hui發fa生sheng變bian化hua,從cong上shang式shi中zhong可ke很hen容rong易yi看kan出chu,其qi電dian阻zu值zhi即ji會hui發fa生sheng改gai變bian,假jia如ru金jin屬shu絲si受shou外wai力li作zuo用yong而er伸shen長chang時shi,其qi長chang度du增zeng加jia,而er截jie麵mian積ji減jian少shao,電dian阻zu值zhi便bian會hui增zeng大da。當dang金jin屬shu絲si受shou外wai力li作zuo用yong而er壓ya縮suo時shi,長chang度du減jian小xiao而er截jie麵mian增zeng加jia,電dian阻zu值zhi則ze會hui減jian小xiao。隻zhi要yao測ce出chu加jia在zai電dian阻zu的de變bian化hua(通常是測量電阻兩端的電壓),即可獲得應變金屬絲的應變情。
