1 引言 早zao期qi樓lou宇yu建jian築zhu生sheng活huo給gei水shui廣guang泛fan采cai用yong高gao位wei水shui箱xiang給gei水shui方fang式shi,即ji用yong上shang水shui泵beng把ba水shui送song入ru高gao位wei水shui箱xiang,水shui箱xiang中zhong的de水shui靠kao重zhong力li自zi流liu向xiang用yong戶hu供gong水shui。采cai用yong這zhe種zhong給gei水shui方fang式shi存cun在zai要yao設she置zhi高gao位wei水shui箱xiang和he高gao位wei水shui箱xiang被bei二er次ci汙wu染ran等deng眾zhong所suo周zhou知zhi的de缺que點dian。20世紀70年代,我國開始應用氣壓式給水設備並力圖取代高位水箱供水方式。采用氣壓給水設備,為了防止在小流量供水時水泵出現頻繁開-停,要求設備的氣壓水罐具有足夠大的容積。大容積氣壓罐不僅增加可造價,而且水泵房也要相應擴大;因而氣壓式給水設備的推廣應用受到一定限製。 建築生活給水對設備的主要要求有: (1) 給水壓力(h)及流量(q)應滿足使用要求 氣壓式給水及其它非調速泵給水方式,給水壓力及流量主要是靠合理選泵來保證的。水泵選定後,供水壓力(h)隨流量(q)按an水shui泵beng的de特te性xing曲qu線xian變bian化hua,是shi不bu可ke改gai變bian的de。然ran而er,用yong戶hu的de實shi際ji用yong水shui流liu量liang與yu設she計ji用yong水shui流liu量liang往wang往wang存cun在zai很hen大da差cha別bie,例li如ru設she計ji預yu計ji的de用yong水shui流liu量liang與yu實shi際ji有you差cha別bie,不bu同tong用yong水shui情qing況kuang往wang往wang偏pian少shao,水shui壓ya往wang往wang偏pian高gao;weifangzhichaoya,yonghuwangwangyaoqiujiangdigongshuiyali。dangzhenggexiaoqutourushiyong,zaidaliulianggongshuiqingkuangxia,weimanzuyuanduanyonghudeyongshuiyali,wangwangyaoqiutigaogongshuiyali。youyuqiyashigongshui,gongshuiyalibuketiao;變頻調速給水,供水壓力可調。因此,采用變頻調速給水能很好地滿足供水壓力及流量的要求,可以彌補設計供水參數(q及h)與實際可能不符的不足,而且可以適應不同用水情況下供水壓力變化的要求。 (2) 供水應可靠 首先給水設備要可靠,其次應有措施(例如有手動控製保證供水的措施)防止因設備故障而斷水等等。 (3) 結構簡單,便於使用和維護 一般來說,結構簡單,使用維護方便,同時其可靠性較高,因此在確定設計方案時應合理處理多功能、複雜與簡單、實用的矛盾。 綜上所述,變頻恒壓供水應當是建築生活供水的首選方案。這種供水方案已在國內外建築生活供水係統中廣泛采用。
2 變頻調速在建築消防給水中的應用
自從20世紀80年(nian)代(dai)末(mo)期(qi)以(yi)來(lai),大(da)量(liang)各(ge)種(zhong)品(pin)牌(pai)的(de)國(guo)外(wai)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)進(jin)入(ru)國(guo)內(nei)市(shi)場(chang)。變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)出(chu)現(xian)為(wei)水(shui)泵(beng)變(bian)頻(pin)無(wu)級(ji)調(tiao)速(su)提(ti)供(gong)了(le)技(ji)術(shu)與(yu)物(wu)質(zhi)基(ji)礎(chu)。變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)外(wai)加(jia)變(bian)頻(pin)供(gong)水(shui)控(kong)製(zhi)器(qi)可(ke)以(yi)實(shi)現(xian)恒(heng)壓(ya)變(bian)流(liu)量(liang)或(huo)變(bian)壓(ya)變(bian)流(liu)量(liang)(通常多采用準變壓變流量)gongshuikongzhi。suoweizhunbianyabianliulianggongshuishizhigongshuiyalisuigongshuiliuliangzengjiaeryuejieshangshengdeyizhonggongshuifangshi。tongchangduiyuduobengbingliandegongshuifangshishimeitouruyitaibeng,gongshuihengyazhishangshengyigetaijie。 按用途,建築給水分為生活(生產)給水和消防給水兩大類。在生活(生產)給水係統中應用變頻調速泵供水要比其他非調速泵供水具有明顯的優越性(如上文所述),因而在國內外獲得了廣泛的應用,采用變頻調速供水的主要優點是: (1) 可以實現恒壓供水, 壓力可調, 以適應不同的供水壓力要求; (2) 具有優良的節能效果; (3) 與氣壓式給水比較, 無需設置大容積的氣壓罐(為了延長不用水時的停泵時間,可設置一個小氣壓罐); (4) 水泵經常處於低速運行狀態, 噪音低並可延長其使用壽命。 在高穩壓消防給水係統中,穩壓泵與氣壓罐配合對消防管網增壓、wenya,shizhichuyuzhunbeixiaofangzhuangtai,wenyabengshichangqizhibanjianxieyunxing。erxiaofangbengzaipingshishibugongzuode,jinzaifashenghuozaishicaiqidonggongzuo,erqiexiaofangmiehuoshijianzhiyou2~3小(xiao)時(shi)。因(yin)此(ci),上(shang)述(shu)變(bian)頻(pin)調(tiao)速(su)供(gong)水(shui)的(de)優(you)點(dian)對(dui)消(xiao)防(fang)泵(beng)而(er)言(yan)是(shi)沒(mei)有(you)多(duo)大(da)意(yi)義(yi)的(de)。所(suo)以(yi)對(dui)消(xiao)防(fang)泵(beng)來(lai)說(shuo),沒(mei)有(you)必(bi)要(yao)采(cai)用(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)調(tiao)速(su)控(kong)製(zhi)。穩(wen)壓(ya)泵(beng)長(chang)期(qi)值(zhi)班(ban)間(jian)歇(xie)運(yun)行(xing),采(cai)用(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)調(tiao)速(su)控(kong)製(zhi)是(shi)實(shi)用(yong)的(de)、有意義的,變頻調速供水的優點可以充分發揮。此外,穩壓泵的功率一般較小,因而穩壓變頻器的功率及價格也相應較低;所以采用變頻穩壓具有良好的性價比。如采用某些品牌的國際先進的變頻器,這種變頻器本身具有水泵恒壓供水控製的功能(例如abb公司的變頻器),具有不用水時變頻泵自動停泵,用水時自動啟泵的功能,更適宜於變頻穩壓泵使用。 根據筆者研究、使用、實踐的經驗,變頻穩壓工頻消防是一種經濟、先進、實用的消防給水方案。
3 變頻調速給水方式
按an供gong水shui特te性xing,變bian頻pin調tiao速su供gong水shui分fen恒heng壓ya變bian流liu量liang和he變bian壓ya變bian流liu量liang供gong水shui兩liang大da類lei。所suo謂wei恒heng壓ya變bian流liu量liang供gong水shui是shi指zhi用yong水shui流liu量liang改gai變bian而er供gong水shui壓ya力li始shi終zhong保bao持chi不bu變bian的de一yi種zhong供gong水shui方fang式shi。所suo謂wei變bian壓ya變bian流liu量liang是shi指zhi供gong水shui壓ya力li隨sui流liu量liang增zeng加jia而er升sheng高gao的de一yi種zhong供gong水shui方fang式shi。設she供gong水shui管guan路lu的de流liu阻zu特te性xing方fang程cheng式shi為wei: 式中,h為供水揚程, 為供水高度(m),q為供水流量( ),a為係數,隨管路及所用單位製而異。理想的變壓變流量供水特性h=f(q) 應當符合式(1)。按此特性供水,能保證在任何流量下供水管路末端恒壓。實際上,在建築設計及使用階段均難以給出供水管路的流阻特性方程式(1),因而也無法實現理想規律(用式(1)表達)的de變bian壓ya變bian量liang供gong水shui。此ci外wai,理li想xiang的de變bian壓ya變bian量liang供gong水shui必bi須xu是shi針zhen對dui某mou一yi具ju體ti供gong水shui管guan路lu的de,沒mei有you通tong用yong性xing。因yin此ci,在zai通tong常chang情qing況kuang下xia理li想xiang的de變bian壓ya變bian量liang供gong水shui實shi際ji無wu多duo大da的de實shi用yong價jia值zhi。目mu前qian,就jiu通tong用yong的de變bian頻pin調tiao速su供gong水shui係xi統tong(設備)eryan,meiyouyigeshianlixiangdebianyabianlianggongshuitexingshejide。shiyongdebianyabianlianggeishuishebeishizheyangshejide,jigongshuiyalisuiliuliangzengdaeryuejieshangsheng。duiyuduobengbinglianhengyagongshuieryan,jutidefanganshixitonganbianpinhengyagongshuisheji,hengyazhisuishuibengtourudetaishueryuejieshangsheng。meitaibengtourushideyuejiezhikeanxusheding。zheyangyoukenengshijietidegongshuih-q特性接近理想的變壓變量h-q特性,從而獲得優良的節能效果。這種變壓變量的供水方式命名為準變壓變量供水。這種準變壓變量給水控製方式具有通用性、實用性,已經在國內外變頻給水係統或設備上應用。例如abb公司生產的變頻器,按pfc應用宏工作可具有準變壓變量供水的功能。
4 變頻調速給水變頻泵的自動停泵(睡眠)與自動開泵(喚醒)功能
變頻恒壓供水,在任何流量下(不能大於泵的供水能力)通過變頻調速,自動維持恒壓。在不用水時(q=0)水泵低速運行以維持恒壓。由水泵理論可知,在相似工況下泵的功率與轉速的立方成正比;buyongshuishibianpinbengdezhuansuzuidi,bengdenenghaoyexiao,yinerbianpinhengyagongshuiyunxubianpinbengchangqibutingbengyunxing。ranerbuyongshuishibianpinbengyijiaodizhuansuchangqibutingbengyunxing(例如夜間無人用水時)終(zhong)究(jiu)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)缺(que)點(dian),因(yin)為(wei)水(shui)泵(beng)長(chang)期(qi)不(bu)停(ting)泵(beng)運(yun)行(xing)要(yao)消(xiao)耗(hao)電(dian)能(neng)並(bing)加(jia)速(su)水(shui)泵(beng)磨(mo)損(sun)。為(wei)了(le)在(zai)用(yong)水(shui)時(shi)能(neng)夠(gou)停(ting)泵(beng),國(guo)內(nei)不(bu)少(shao)變(bian)頻(pin)給(gei)水(shui)設(she)備(bei)廠(chang)家(jia),在(zai)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)設(she)置(zhi)了(le)小(xiao)工(gong)頻(pin)泵(beng)和(he)小(xiao)氣(qi)壓(ya)罐(guan)按(an)氣(qi)壓(ya)式(shi)給(gei)水(shui)的(de)方(fang)式(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)。眾(zhong)所(suo)周(zhou)知(zhi),工(gong)頻(pin)泵(beng)與(yu)氣(qi)壓(ya)罐(guan)協(xie)同(tong)工(gong)作(zuo)必(bi)須(xu)根(gen)據(ju)壓(ya)力(li)控(kong)製(zhi)工(gong)頻(pin)泵(beng)開(kai)-停。此時氣壓罐的容積必須夠大,否則會出現水泵頻繁開-tingwenti。ciwai,jishicaiyonglezugoudadeqiyaguan,ruguoqiyaguanbunengzidongbuqi,zaichangqishiyongguochengzhongqiyaguanzhongdeqitiloushi,qijieguoxiangdangyusuoxiaoleqiyaguanderongji,zuihouyehuidaozhigongpinbengdepinfankai-停,在嚴重時會引發水泵電機燒毀。據了解國內不少變頻給水設備廠家均可解決設置小工頻泵、小氣壓罐帶來的上述問題。 為解決變頻恒壓供水不用水時變頻泵能夠自停,可以采用這樣一種控製方案:在變頻恒壓供水過程中,當用水流量下降,變頻泵的轉速(頻率)降低,當頻率降低到零流量的閾值並持續一定時間(判斷無人用水的時間)後,電腦發出停泵指令,使變頻泵停泵(自動睡眠)。在停泵期間由小氣壓罐維持供水,當氣壓罐壓力(即供水壓力)降低到某一設定值,電腦接受此壓力信息發出開泵指令,變頻泵啟動(自動喚醒)恢複恒壓供水。這種停泵、kaibengkongzhifangshibucunzaishangshuxiaogongpinbengxiaoqiyaguananqiyashigeishuikongzhifangshigongzuodequedian,chengzhiweibianpinbengdezidongshuimianyuzidonghuanxingkongzhigongneng。zhezhongkongzhifangshiyizaibizhegongsikaifayanzhideyld-bp係列智能型變頻給水設備上應用。經試驗與交付用戶使用證明十分成功。
5 多泵並聯恒壓供水水泵的合理配置

6 多泵並聯恒壓供水時各泵的自動投入和退出方式
由(you)多(duo)泵(beng)並(bing)聯(lian)恒(heng)壓(ya)供(gong)水(shui)原(yuan)理(li)可(ke)知(zhi),多(duo)泵(beng)並(bing)聯(lian)恒(heng)壓(ya)供(gong)水(shui),隻(zhi)要(yao)變(bian)頻(pin)泵(beng)在(zai)所(suo)有(you)泵(beng)中(zhong)是(shi)最(zui)大(da)的(de),即(ji)可(ke)實(shi)現(xian)恒(heng)壓(ya)供(gong)水(shui)。隨(sui)用(yong)水(shui)流(liu)量(liang)變(bian)化(hua),各(ge)並(bing)聯(lian)泵(beng)可(ke)自(zi)動(dong)投(tou)入(ru)或(huo)退(tui)出(chu)。其(qi)自(zi)動(dong)投(tou)入(ru)或(huo)退(tui)出(chu)的(de)方(fang)式(shi)有(you)二(er)種(zhong):
