節能已成為我國經濟和社會發展的長遠戰略,是保障國家經濟安全、改善環境、增強企業競爭力、實施可持續發展的重要措施和途徑。
建築電氣節能現狀不容樂觀
事實上,早在2005年7月初國務院發出《關於做好建設節約型社會近期重點工作》的通知,就特別指出“要堅持資源開發與節約並重,把節約放在首位”的方針。在經濟發展中,建築電氣是耗能大戶。許多文獻都曾顯示,建築電氣每年要消耗總發電量的10%以上。例如,如果大量使用節能的照明產品並采取有效措施,以節電5%計算,則每年可節約照明用電60億千瓦時,為國家節省約30億(yi)元(yuan),並(bing)可(ke)減(jian)緩(huan)溫(wen)室(shi)效(xiao)應(ying),減(jian)輕(qing)對(dui)生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)境(jing)的(de)破(po)壞(huai),經(jing)濟(ji)和(he)社(she)會(hui)效(xiao)益(yi)非(fei)常(chang)可(ke)觀(guan)。因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)設(she)計(ji)文(wen)件(jian)中(zhong),電(dian)氣(qi)節(jie)能(neng)措(cuo)施(shi)應(ying)以(yi)專(zhuan)篇(pian)的(de)形(xing)式(shi)陳(chen)述(shu),從(cong)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)規(gui)劃(hua)的(de)初(chu)期(qi)就(jiu)以(yi)節(jie)能(neng)的(de)思(si)想(xiang)為(wei)指(zhi)導(dao),在(zai)技(ji)術(shu)根(gen)源(yuan)處(chu)為(wei)實(shi)現(xian)電(dian)氣(qi)節(jie)能(neng)提(ti)供(gong)理(li)論(lun)依(yi)據(ju)。
建築電氣節能的原則是:在充分滿足、完善建築物功能要求的前提下,減少能源消耗,提高能源利用率。節能的途徑之一是合理配置建築設備,並對其進行有效、科(ke)學(xue)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)和(he)管(guan)理(li)。此(ci)外(wai),建(jian)築(zhu)電(dian)氣(qi)節(jie)能(neng)還(hai)應(ying)充(chong)分(fen)考(kao)慮(lv)實(shi)際(ji)經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi),不(bu)能(neng)因(yin)為(wei)節(jie)能(neng)而(er)過(guo)高(gao)追(zhui)加(jia)投(tou)資(zi),增(zeng)加(jia)運(yun)行(xing)費(fei)用(yong),而(er)是(shi)應(ying)該(gai)讓(rang)增(zeng)加(jia)的(de)部(bu)分(fen)投(tou)資(zi)在(zai)幾(ji)年(nian)或(huo)較(jiao)短(duan)時(shi)間(jian)內(nei)回(hui)收(shou);節省無謂消耗的能量,在選用節能的新設備方麵,應具體了解其原理、性能、效果等,從技術、經濟等方麵進行認真比較後再作出結論。

建築電氣節能策略需貫徹
