智能電網繼2010年、2011年之後,今年第三次被寫入全國兩會的政府工作報告。報告同時也指出要發展新能源汽車、發展分布式能源、提(ti)高(gao)能(neng)效(xiao)等(deng)與(yu)能(neng)源(yuan)發(fa)展(zhan)方(fang)式(shi)轉(zhuan)變(bian)密(mi)切(qie)相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)內(nei)容(rong)。智(zhi)能(neng)電(dian)網(wang)是(shi)對(dui)傳(chuan)統(tong)電(dian)網(wang)的(de)一(yi)次(ci)重(zhong)要(yao)革(ge)新(xin),將(jiang)提(ti)升(sheng)電(dian)網(wang)功(gong)能(neng)定(ding)位(wei),並(bing)培(pei)育(yu)出(chu)多(duo)種(zhong)新(xin)型(xing)業(ye)務(wu)與(yu)商(shang)業(ye)模(mo)式(shi),從(cong)多(duo)個(ge)方(fang)麵(mian)推(tui)動(dong)我(wo)國(guo)能(neng)源(yuan)發(fa)展(zhan)方(fang)式(shi)轉(zhuan)變(bian),保(bao)障(zhang)經(jing)濟(ji)社(she)會(hui)又(you)好(hao)又(you)快(kuai)發(fa)展(zhan)。
智能電網能夠促進可再生能源的可持續發展與分布式能源的高效利用。風電、太陽能發電將在中遠期成為我國重要的綠色能源支柱,戰略意義重大,然而其間歇性和波動性給電力係統的安全、經濟、可靠運行帶來了巨大挑戰。智能電網通過集成先進的信息、自動化、儲能、運行控製和調度技術,將使電網運行模式產生重要革新,使電網成為非水可再生能源發電、常chang規gui電dian源yuan以yi及ji電dian力li用yong戶hu之zhi間jian的de互hu動dong平ping台tai,實shi現xian全quan局ju資zi源yuan與yu信xin息xi的de整zheng體ti優you化hua配pei置zhi,從cong而er最zui大da程cheng度du挖wa掘jue電dian力li係xi統tong接jie納na可ke再zai生sheng能neng源yuan發fa電dian的de潛qian力li,為wei可ke再zai生sheng能neng源yuan持chi續xu發fa展zhan提ti供gong重zhong要yao保bao障zhang。
智能電網能夠促進電動汽車產業發展,實現產業綜合效益的最大化。目前,“純電驅動”作(zuo)為(wei)我(wo)國(guo)新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)汽(qi)車(che)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)方(fang)向(xiang)和(he)重(zhong)中(zhong)之(zhi)重(zhong)已(yi)達(da)成(cheng)廣(guang)泛(fan)共(gong)識(shi),智(zhi)能(neng)充(chong)換(huan)電(dian)服(fu)務(wu)網(wang)絡(luo)作(zuo)為(wei)純(chun)電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)的(de)唯(wei)一(yi)能(neng)源(yuan)補(bu)給(gei)方(fang)案(an),將(jiang)在(zai)推(tui)動(dong)產(chan)業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)和(he)獲(huo)取(qu)最(zui)大(da)綜(zong)合(he)效(xiao)益(yi)中(zhong)發(fa)揮(hui)至(zhi)關(guan)重(zhong)要(yao)作(zuo)用(yong)。通(tong)過(guo)智(zhi)能(neng)電(dian)網(wang)實(shi)現(xian)智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)充(chong)電(dian)管(guan)理(li),是(shi)實(shi)現(xian)電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)產(chan)業(ye)綜(zong)合(he)效(xiao)益(yi)最(zui)大(da)化(hua)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)途(tu)徑(jing)。
智zhi能neng電dian網wang將jiang有you效xiao支zhi撐cheng能neng效xiao提ti升sheng和he節jie能neng減jian排pai。從cong發fa電dian側ce看kan,智zhi能neng電dian網wang通tong過guo優you化hua調tiao度du運yun行xing,一yi方fang麵mian能neng為wei發fa電dian機ji組zu提ti供gong了le更geng為wei穩wen定ding的de運yun行xing環huan境jing,進jin而er提ti高gao燃ran煤mei發fa電dian效xiao率lv;lingyifangmiannengcujinqingjienengyuandehelikaifahegaoxiaoliyong。congdianwangcekan,tongguocaiyongdaliangdezhinenghuajishu,nengzaijiangdishubiandianshebeisheshinenghaodetongshi,tishengdianwangxitongshudianxiaolv、降(jiang)低(di)網(wang)損(sun),實(shi)現(xian)電(dian)網(wang)側(ce)的(de)節(jie)能(neng)減(jian)排(pai)效(xiao)益(yi)。從(cong)用(yong)戶(hu)側(ce)來(lai)看(kan),智(zhi)能(neng)電(dian)網(wang)一(yi)方(fang)麵(mian)通(tong)過(guo)智(zhi)能(neng)診(zhen)斷(duan)等(deng)技(ji)術(shu)擴(kuo)展(zhan)需(xu)求(qiu)側(ce)服(fu)務(wu),為(wei)能(neng)效(xiao)管(guan)理(li)提(ti)供(gong)係(xi)統(tong)解(jie)決(jue)方(fang)案(an)和(he)智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)控(kong)製(zhi)管(guan)理(li)平(ping)台(tai);另一方麵,智能電網還將通過引導用戶參與互動,促進智能高效電器設備的應用,提升用戶用能意識,進而促進能源消費方式的轉變。
