隨(sui)著(zhe)紡(fang)織(zhi)機(ji)械(xie)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)升(sheng)級(ji),自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)性(xing)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)不(bu)言(yan)而(er)喻(yu)。近(jin)期(qi),工(gong)業(ye)和(he)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)部(bu)發(fa)布(bu)了(le)關(guan)於(yu)紡(fang)織(zhi)機(ji)械(xie)工(gong)業(ye)結(jie)構(gou)調(tiao)整(zheng)的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意(yi)見(jian),意(yi)見(jian)指(zhi)出(chu):紡織機械工業“兩化”融合水平較低,紡織機械設計製造集成化、模塊化、自動化、信息化的應用還不普遍,產品自動控製水平較低,信息化和工業化有機融合水平亟待提高。
而具體到當前的紡織機械行業,由於紡織行業工藝複雜、流程較多,所以對於不同種類的紡織機械,其自動化需求也呈現出多樣化。為此,記者采訪了我國紡織機械自動化專家、高級工程師呂渭賢,請他對紡織機械行業的自動化需求進行了探討。
紡織機械自動化普遍提升效率
呂高工談到,在紡織行業一個很重要的指標是“萬錠用工”,wandingyonggongrenshuyueshao,biaomingfangzhishengchanxiandezidonghuachengduyuegao。youyumuqianwoguofangzhijixiezidonghuachengdurengranxuyaotisheng,suoyizaizheyizhibiaoshangyuguojixianjinguojia,shenzhishiyuqitayixiefazhanzhongguojiadeshengchanxianxiangbi,rengrancunzaizhebuxiaodechaju。
據(ju)呂(lv)高(gao)工(gong)介(jie)紹(shao),在(zai)目(mu)前(qian)各(ge)種(zhong)紡(fang)織(zhi)機(ji)械(xie)當(dang)中(zhong),自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)程(cheng)度(du)與(yu)水(shui)平(ping)也(ye)不(bu)盡(jin)相(xiang)同(tong)。在(zai)一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)紡(fang)織(zhi)機(ji)械(xie)中(zhong),自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)比(bi)較(jiao)實(shi)際(ji),主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)設(she)備(bei)代(dai)替(ti)人(ren)工(gong)動(dong)作(zuo)。而(er)以(yi)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)代(dai)替(ti)人(ren)工(gong),則(ze)有(you)以(yi)下(xia)幾(ji)方(fang)麵(mian)的(de)改(gai)善(shan):首先是加快了生產的速度,改善了生產的流程;其次,以自動化代替人工,可以使很多生產流程實現標準化;最後在產品檢測方麵,自動化檢測的效率比人工更高,對織品的質量保障意義也更加重大。

管控一體化及在線檢測要求日趨顯著
呂高工談到,除了變頻器、PLC、HMI等(deng)普(pu)通(tong)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)應(ying)用(yong)之(zhi)外(wai),有(you)一(yi)些(xie)紡(fang)織(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)設(she)備(bei)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)要(yao)求(qiu)會(hui)更(geng)高(gao),如(ru)管(guan)控(kong)一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)和(he)在(zai)線(xian)檢(jian)測(ce)等(deng)。而(er)這(zhe)些(xie)比(bi)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)要(yao)求(qiu),由(you)於(yu)直(zhi)接(jie)進(jin)口(kou)成(cheng)本(ben)比(bi)較(jiao)高(gao),國(guo)內(nei)研(yan)發(fa)的(de)需(xu)求(qiu)往(wang)往(wang)更(geng)加(jia)迫(po)切(qie)。
如(ru)在(zai)化(hua)纖(xian)成(cheng)套(tao)設(she)備(bei)方(fang)麵(mian),其(qi)工(gong)藝(yi)流(liu)程(cheng)基(ji)本(ben)來(lai)源(yuan)於(yu)化(hua)工(gong),而(er)且(qie)由(you)於(yu)這(zhe)類(lei)設(she)備(bei)發(fa)展(zhan)時(shi)期(qi)比(bi)較(jiao)晚(wan),在(zai)發(fa)展(zhan)之(zhi)初(chu)就(jiu)已(yi)經(jing)應(ying)用(yong)到(dao)比(bi)較(jiao)新(xin)的(de)技(ji)術(shu),因(yin)此(ci)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)水(shui)平(ping)比(bi)較(jiao)高(gao),PLC、人機界麵、變頻器等設備已經得到普及。在這方麵,發展的方向主要是管控一體化,即實現生產管理和生產控製的一體化,在生產過程中一些實時、jutidexinxiruwenduliuliangdengshuju,yeyinggaijingyoushuangxiangtongxinjichengdaoxitong,bingyouxitongjinxingguanli。zaizhefangmian,xianyoudaguimodeshengchanxiandoushixianleguankongyitihua,danshuipingyougaoyoudi,lvgaogongjianyikeyichongfenliyongxiaoxingMES等係統,提高管控一體化的效果。
而(er)在(zai)紡(fang)織(zhi)機(ji)械(xie)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)中(zhong),自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)檢(jian)測(ce)也(ye)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)方(fang)麵(mian),尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)在(zai)國(guo)內(nei)製(zhi)造(zao)的(de)紡(fang)織(zhi)機(ji)械(xie)產(chan)品(pin)中(zhong),自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)檢(jian)測(ce)設(she)備(bei)的(de)水(shui)平(ping)與(yu)國(guo)際(ji)先(xian)進(jin)產(chan)品(pin)還(hai)存(cun)在(zai)很(hen)大(da)差(cha)距(ju),迫(po)切(qie)需(xu)要(yao)得(de)到(dao)重(zhong)視(shi)和(he)提(ti)高(gao)。比(bi)如(ru)前(qian)文(wen)提(ti)到(dao)的(de)細(xi)紗(sha)機(ji),作(zuo)為(wei)紡(fang)紗(sha)廠(chang)的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)設(she)備(bei),其(qi)在(zai)線(xian)檢(jian)測(ce)關(guan)係(xi)到(dao)紗(sha)的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)。對(dui)這(zhe)一(yi)需(xu)求(qiu),國(guo)外(wai)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)細(xi)紗(sha)專(zhuan)家(jia)係(xi)統(tong),以(yi)檢(jian)測(ce)每(mei)根(gen)紗(sha)的(de)撚(nian)度(du)和(he)斷(duan)頭(tou),而(er)國(guo)內(nei)現(xian)在(zai)還(hai)沒(mei)有(you)比(bi)較(jiao)成(cheng)功(gong)的(de)同(tong)類(lei)係(xi)統(tong)。
