對於企業來說,每一次經濟危機的形勢都是完全不同的。從國際上來看曆次的經濟危機,20世紀30年(nian)代(dai)那(na)次(ci)經(jing)濟(ji)危(wei)機(ji)的(de)標(biao)誌(zhi)是(shi)產(chan)能(neng)過(guo)剩(sheng),這(zhe)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)由(you)第(di)一(yi)次(ci)世(shi)界(jie)大(da)戰(zhan)期(qi)間(jian)及(ji)之(zhi)後(hou)激(ji)進(jin)的(de)工(gong)廠(chang)投(tou)資(zi)和(he)生(sheng)產(chan)力(li)提(ti)升(sheng)帶(dai)來(lai)的(de)。在(zai)這(zhe)期(qi)間(jian)廠(chang)家(jia)們(men)生(sheng)產(chan)了(le)不(bu)計(ji)其(qi)數(shu)的(de)無(wu)用(yong)產(chan)品(pin)。而(er)當(dang)銀(yin)行(xing)係(xi)統(tong)崩(beng)潰(kui)以(yi)後(hou),企(qi)業(ye)現(xian)金(jin)流(liu)出(chu)現(xian)枯(ku)竭(jie),難(nan)以(yi)恢(hui)複(fu)元(yuan)氣(qi)。到(dao)1932年時美國的失業率達到了25%的頂峰值。20世紀70年代後期及80年代初期,經濟滯漲及之後的衰退則是經濟致命的不穩定性的體現。而現在的經濟危機,則是房地產市場、商shang品pin市shi場chang以yi及ji股gu票piao市shi場chang泡pao沫mo共gong同tong破po滅mie的de結jie果guo。這zhe導dao致zhi了le消xiao費fei需xu求qiu的de降jiang低di,企qi業ye重zhong組zu急ji需xu的de銀yin行xing貸dai款kuan凍dong結jie以yi及ji大da量liang勞lao動dong力li人ren口kou的de失shi業ye。這zhe些xie都dou可ke能neng進jin一yi步bu導dao致zhi長chang期qi的de通tong貨huo緊jin縮suo,就jiu像xiang大da蕭xiao條tiao時shi的de情qing形xing一yi樣yang。當dang然ran,也ye有you可ke能neng產chan生sheng完wan全quan不bu同tong的de轉zhuan變bian。
