三菱電機於08年9月25日(ri)以(yi)嵌(qian)入(ru)對(dui)孔(kong)間(jian)隙(xi)小(xiao)的(de)圓(yuan)筒(tong)形(xing)部(bu)件(jian)這(zhe)一(yi)組(zu)裝(zhuang)動(dong)作(zuo)為(wei)課(ke)題(ti),進(jin)行(xing)了(le)實(shi)際(ji)驗(yan)證(zheng)。一(yi)般(ban)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)需(xu)要(yao)利(li)用(yong)示(shi)教(jiao)盒(he)一(yi)點(dian)點(dian)移(yi)動(dong)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)來(lai)確(que)認(ren)工(gong)件(jian)的(de)位(wei)置(zhi),使(shi)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)記(ji)住(zhu)位(wei)置(zhi)決(jue)定(ding)的(de)地(di)方(fang),不(bu)過(guo)在(zai)確(que)認(ren)位(wei)置(zhi)時(shi)操(cao)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)必(bi)須(xu)從(cong)正(zheng)麵(mian)或(huo)反(fan)麵(mian)觀(guan)察(cha),非(fei)常(chang)耗(hao)費(fei)時(shi)間(jian)。京(jing)都(dou)大(da)學(xue)通(tong)過(guo)在(zai)這(zhe)一(yi)方(fang)麵(mian)應(ying)用(yong)研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)的(de)技(ji)術(shu),利(li)用(yong)直(zhi)觀(guan)的(de)用(yong)戶(hu)接(jie)口(kou)實(shi)現(xian)了(le)定(ding)位(wei)。
具(ju)體(ti)操(cao)作(zuo)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)以(yi)覆(fu)蓋(gai)攝(she)像(xiang)頭(tou)所(suo)拍(pai)工(gong)件(jian)的(de)方(fang)式(shi)顯(xian)示(shi)同(tong)心(xin)圓(yuan)狀(zhuang)的(de)線(xian),來(lai)掌(zhang)握(wo)偏(pian)差(cha)量(liang)等(deng)信(xin)息(xi)。如(ru)下(xia)圖(tu)中(zhong),孔(kong)與(yu)圓(yuan)筒(tong)部(bu)件(jian)的(de)位(wei)置(zhi)尚(shang)存(cun)在(zai)偏(pian)差(cha),偏(pian)差(cha)以(yi)同(tong)心(xin)圓(yuan)上(shang)圖(tu)形(xing)的(de)偏(pian)心(xin)來(lai)表(biao)現(xian)。當(dang)孔(kong)與(yu)圓(yuan)筒(tong)部(bu)件(jian)正(zheng)對(dui)時(shi)形(xing)成(cheng)完(wan)美(mei)的(de)同(tong)心(xin)圓(yuan),然(ran)後(hou)在(zai)將(jiang)部(bu)件(jian)嵌(qian)入(ru)孔(kong)中(zhong)時(shi)該(gai)同(tong)心(xin)圓(yuan)變(bian)大(da)。通(tong)過(guo)這(zhe)種(zhong)方(fang)式(shi),便(bian)可(ke)縮(suo)短(duan)教(jiao)授(shou)所(suo)需(xu)時(shi)間(jian)。

今(jin)後(hou)雙(shuang)方(fang)將(jiang)構(gou)築(zhu)實(shi)證(zheng)係(xi)統(tong)以(yi)確(que)認(ren)效(xiao)果(guo),並(bing)對(dui)發(fa)生(sheng)錯(cuo)誤(wu)時(shi)的(de)恢(hui)複(fu)進(jin)行(xing)驗(yan)證(zheng)。另(ling)外(wai),三(san)菱(ling)電(dian)機(ji)還(hai)打(da)算(suan)將(jiang)該(gai)技(ji)術(shu)應(ying)用(yong)於(yu)生(sheng)產(chan)線(xian),形(xing)成(cheng)產(chan)品(pin)以(yi)開(kai)展(zhan)相(xiang)關(guan)業(ye)務(wu)。
