經驗不足 工程機械企業參加國際展需謹慎

隨著我國工程機械企業核心競爭力不斷提高,出口已成為企業銷售增長的重要支柱之一。從今年3月起,我國工程機械行業單月出口金額首次超過10億美元,這已超過2003年全年的出口額。

國內企業大規模參加國際性展會始於2004年寶馬展,而且大部分企業都是參加由中國工程機械工業協會、中國機電產品進出口商會、機械貿促會等機構組織的展覽團,以“中國展團”的(de)名(ming)義(yi)參(can)加(jia)展(zhan)覽(lan)。目(mu)前(qian)也(ye)有(you)一(yi)些(xie)有(you)實(shi)力(li)的(de)企(qi)業(ye)在(zai)積(ji)累(lei)了(le)實(shi)戰(zhan)經(jing)驗(yan)之(zhi)後(hou),嚐(chang)試(shi)獨(du)立(li)參(can)展(zhan)。中(zhong)國(guo)工(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)企(qi)業(ye)在(zai)這(zhe)些(xie)展(zhan)會(hui)上(shang)取(qu)得(de)的(de)成(cheng)績(ji)是(shi)有(you)目(mu)共(gong)睹(du)的(de)。2004年在國際展會上展覽麵積僅有1000平方米,2007年就達到了10000平方米;展會成交額也從最初的200萬美元一躍成為1億美元。這些數據還不包括其他機構組織的展團和獨立參展的企業。
然(ran)而(er)出(chu)外(wai)參(can)展(zhan)也(ye)遇(yu)到(dao)了(le)一(yi)些(xie)問(wen)題(ti)。中(zhong)國(guo)工(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)工(gong)業(ye)協(xie)會(hui)副(fu)秘(mi)書(shu)長(chang)江(jiang)琳(lin)表(biao)示(shi),目(mu)前(qian)我(wo)國(guo)企(qi)業(ye)參(can)加(jia)國(guo)際(ji)展(zhan)會(hui)仍(reng)經(jing)驗(yan)不(bu)足(zu),有(you)許(xu)多(duo)問(wen)題(ti)必(bi)須(xu)慎(shen)重(zhong)把(ba)握(wo),否(fou)則(ze)將(jiang)難(nan)以(yi)收(shou)到(dao)預(yu)期(qi)成(cheng)效(xiao)。
注重知識產權保護
目前,國際展會的組織者對知識產權的保護工作非常重視,“三大展”上(shang)均(jun)有(you)專(zhuan)人(ren)到(dao)每(mei)個(ge)參(can)展(zhan)企(qi)業(ye)對(dui)產(chan)品(pin)進(jin)行(xing)明(ming)查(zha)暗(an)訪(fang),不(bu)僅(jin)要(yao)檢(jian)查(zha)整(zheng)機(ji),還(hai)會(hui)檢(jian)查(zha)零(ling)部(bu)件(jian)是(shi)否(fou)侵(qin)權(quan)。這(zhe)些(xie)檢(jian)查(zha)人(ren)員(yuan)會(hui)在(zai)布(bu)展(zhan)期(qi)間(jian)和(he)開(kai)展(zhan)前(qian)幾(ji)天(tian)對(dui)各(ge)展(zhan)位(wei)進(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)查(zha),如(ru)果(guo)有(you)產(chan)品(pin)出(chu)現(xian)知(zhi)識(shi)產(chan)權(quan)問(wen)題(ti),輕(qing)則(ze)送(song)出(chu)傳(chuan)票(piao),經(jing)過(guo)法(fa)律(lv)程(cheng)序(xu)解(jie)決(jue),重(zhong)則(ze)即(ji)時(shi)封(feng)閉(bi)展(zhan)台(tai),不(bu)得(de)公(gong)開(kai)展(zhan)覽(lan)。寶(bao)馬(ma)展(zhan)在(zai)這(zhe)方(fang)麵(mian)相(xiang)對(dui)來(lai)講(jiang)是(shi)最(zui)為(wei)嚴(yan)格(ge)的(de),有(you)時(shi)還(hai)會(hui)有(you)檢(jian)查(zha)人(ren)員(yuan)化(hua)裝(zhuang)成(cheng)普(pu)通(tong)觀(guan)眾(zhong),以(yi)參(can)觀(guan)的(de)名(ming)義(yi)詢(xun)問(wen)產(chan)品(pin)情(qing)況(kuang),從(cong)而(er)判(pan)斷(duan)產(chan)品(pin)是(shi)否(fou)有(you)侵(qin)權(quan)問(wen)題(ti)。中(zhong)國(guo)產(chan)品(pin)由(you)於(yu)價(jia)格(ge)相(xiang)對(dui)較(jiao)低(di),長(chang)期(qi)受(shou)到(dao)國(guo)外(wai)企(qi)業(ye)反(fan)傾(qing)銷(xiao)的(de)困(kun)擾(rao),因(yin)此(ci),一(yi)些(xie)國(guo)際(ji)組(zu)織(zhi)對(dui)中(zhong)國(guo)企(qi)業(ye)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)檢(jian)查(zha)更(geng)為(wei)嚴(yan)格(ge),國(guo)內(nei)相(xiang)關(guan)企(qi)業(ye)對(dui)此(ci)不(bu)能(neng)大(da)意(yi)。
江(jiang)琳(lin)說(shuo),無(wu)論(lun)是(shi)展(zhan)台(tai)被(bei)封(feng),還(hai)是(shi)要(yao)應(ying)對(dui)起(qi)訴(su),對(dui)於(yu)企(qi)業(ye)來(lai)說(shuo)都(dou)是(shi)極(ji)其(qi)不(bu)利(li)的(de)。目(mu)前(qian),國(guo)內(nei)企(qi)業(ye)在(zai)知(zhi)識(shi)產(chan)權(quan)方(fang)麵(mian)的(de)意(yi)識(shi)已(yi)經(jing)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)強(qiang),很(hen)多(duo)企(qi)業(ye)都(dou)在(zai)出(chu)國(guo)前(qian)對(dui)相(xiang)關(guan)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)知(zhi)識(shi)產(chan)權(quan)展(zhan)開(kai)檢(jian)查(zha)並(bing)準(zhun)備(bei)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)授(shou)權(quan)書(shu)。比(bi)如(ru),常(chang)林(lin)股(gu)份(fen)在(zai)去(qu)年(nian)的(de)寶(bao)馬(ma)展(zhan)上(shang)就(jiu)準(zhun)備(bei)了(le)相(xiang)關(guan)配(pei)件(jian)的(de)專(zhuan)利(li)授(shou)權(quan)書(shu)。

惡性競爭不可取

注意事項經驗談
jianglinshuo,xiangduiyuguoneizhanhuilaijiang,guojizhanhuideyunyinggengjiachengshu,zaigefangmiandeyaoqiudoufeichanggao。weileshiyingbutongguojizhanhuidexuqiu,gezuzhijigouheqiyedoujiaolebushao“學費”。僅以“三大展”為(wei)例(li),這(zhe)三(san)個(ge)展(zhan)會(hui)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)非(fei)常(chang)細(xi)致(zhi),甚(shen)至(zhi)連(lian)布(bu)展(zhan)公(gong)司(si)都(dou)需(xu)要(yao)有(you)專(zhuan)門(men)的(de)資(zi)格(ge)認(ren)證(zheng)。曾(zeng)經(jing)有(you)企(qi)業(ye)自(zi)己(ji)聯(lian)係(xi)了(le)布(bu)展(zhan)公(gong)司(si),到(dao)最(zui)後(hou)卻(que)發(fa)現(xian)其(qi)沒(mei)有(you)相(xiang)關(guan)資(zi)質(zhi),被(bei)拒(ju)絕(jue)進(jin)入(ru)展(zhan)區(qu)進(jin)行(xing)展(zhan)台(tai)搭(da)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)。此(ci)時(shi)企(qi)業(ye)再(zai)找(zhao)布(bu)展(zhan)公(gong)司(si)已(yi)非(fei)常(chang)倉(cang)促(cu),企(qi)業(ye)不(bu)僅(jin)損(sun)失(shi)了(le)大(da)量(liang)金(jin)錢(qian),布(bu)展(zhan)效(xiao)果(guo)也(ye)受(shou)到(dao)很(hen)大(da)影(ying)響(xiang)。

當地的生活習慣也是企業需要適應的內容之一。特別是歐美等國家,商店有嚴格的作息規律,一般情況下周末是不營業的。2004年寶馬展開展日是周一,有些企業僅提前兩天到達慕尼黑,但此時商店不營業,使得布展計劃無法實施。
此外,企業誠信也是影響企業能否順利參加展覽的關鍵因素之一。在規定的時間內繳費、querenzhanweijimianji,xuduoguojizhanhuiduizhexieliuchengdeyaoqiufeichangyange。qiyezaiquerenzhexiexinxihoubunengqingyigenggai,fouzehuiduidangcijiyihoucanzhanzaochengbuliyingxiang。
