數字孿生並不是全新技術,而是建模仿真技術在製造領域的新發展之一。與一般的建模仿真相比,數字孿生的模型是數字化、dongtaide,shuzimoxingyuqiwuliduixiangshizhongbaochiyizhi。shuziluanshengzheyishuyuzuizaoyingyongyuhangkonghangtianlingyu,jiyongshuziluanshengmonifeixingqizhixingrenwuqiandexunifeixing,congerduigexiangcanshujinxingfenxiheyouhua。cihou,shuziluanshengyuelaiyueshoudaogongyejiehexueshujiedeguanzhu。
目前,數字孿生技術主要應用於工業領域。在虛擬空間構建產品的數字孿生模型,完成產品設計、工藝優化,甚至模擬工廠布局,實現資源調配、智能化生產,顯著提高生產效率。德國西門子公司推出了較為完整的企業數字孿生體係,用數字孿生技術打造虛擬車間、數字工廠。美國通用公司在其工業互聯網平台Predix上利用數字孿生技術,對飛機發動機進行實時監控、故障檢測和預測性維護。美國特斯拉公司為其生產的車輛配備了數字孿生模型,通過傳感器接收數據、實時更新程序。據估計,到2021年,全球50%的大型工業企業將使用數字孿生技術,效率將提高10%。

不(bu)過(guo),數(shu)字(zi)孿(luan)生(sheng)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)也(ye)麵(mian)臨(lin)許(xu)多(duo)挑(tiao)戰(zhan)。其(qi)中(zhong)最(zui)主(zhu)要(yao)的(de)是(shi)保(bao)證(zheng)所(suo)建(jian)立(li)數(shu)字(zi)模(mo)型(xing)的(de)可(ke)信(xin)性(xing)。建(jian)立(li)一(yi)個(ge)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)數(shu)字(zi)模(mo)型(xing),並(bing)使(shi)其(qi)能(neng)夠(gou)最(zui)大(da)程(cheng)度(du)反(fan)映(ying)物(wu)理(li)對(dui)象(xiang)的(de)特(te)性(xing),這(zhe)一(yi)工(gong)作(zuo)仍(reng)任(ren)重(zhong)道(dao)遠(yuan)。目(mu)前(qian),數(shu)字(zi)孿(luan)生(sheng)在(zai)很(hen)多(duo)場(chang)景(jing)還(hai)隻(zhi)能(neng)作(zuo)為(wei)決(jue)策(ce)輔(fu)助(zhu)或(huo)參(can)考(kao)。
