自主創新破題國產高端變頻器

專家們認為:“該變頻器極大地拓寬了永磁同步電機的應用範圍,能夠在石油、煤礦、大型機械等工況比較惡劣的環境下運行。在無編碼器永磁同步電機的參數辨識和自整定、速度和位置估計、軟件工程化設計方麵達到國內領先、國際先進水平。”
據預測,我國變頻器潛在市場為1200億-1800億元。而目前活躍在國內市場上的200多家變頻器生產廠商中,國產品牌的市場份額僅占20%-25%。國產品牌之所以市場占有率較低,主要原因是絕大多數國內廠商均缺乏變頻器的核心技術。
成立於2005年(nian)的(de)昆(kun)山(shan)尤(you)尼(ni)康(kang)工(gong)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)團(tuan)隊(dui)包(bao)括(kuo)一(yi)批(pi)有(you)國(guo)際(ji)工(gong)程(cheng)經(jing)曆(li)的(de)留(liu)學(xue)歸(gui)國(guo)博(bo)士(shi)和(he)國(guo)內(nei)工(gong)業(ye)控(kong)製(zhi)行(xing)業(ye)專(zhuan)家(jia),他(ta)們(men)立(li)足(zu)於(yu)自(zi)主(zhu)創(chuang)新(xin),致(zhi)力(li)於(yu)高(gao)端(duan)變(bian)頻(pin)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)核(he)心(xin)技(ji)術(shu)和(he)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)研(yan)發(fa)。經(jing)過(guo)兩(liang)年(nian)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)艱(jian)苦(ku)創(chuang)業(ye)和(he)技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)發(fa),尤(you)尼(ni)康(kang)公(gong)司(si)在(zai)高(gao)端(duan)變(bian)頻(pin)算(suan)法(fa)軟(ruan)件(jian)技(ji)術(shu)上(shang)實(shi)現(xian)了(le)關(guan)鍵(jian)性(xing)突(tu)破(po),搭(da)建(jian)了(le)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)開(kai)發(fa)的(de)通(tong)用(yong)技(ji)術(shu)平(ping)台(tai),並(bing)基(ji)於(yu)該(gai)平(ping)台(tai)成(cheng)功(gong)研(yan)發(fa)出(chu)擁(yong)有(you)自(zi)主(zhu)知(zhi)識(shi)產(chan)權(quan)的(de)永(yong)磁(ci)同(tong)步(bu)電(dian)梯(ti)專(zhuan)用(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)。據(ju)了(le)解(jie),目(mu)前(qian)該(gai)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)在(zai)市(shi)場(chang)上(shang)尚(shang)無(wu)競(jing)爭(zheng)產(chan)品(pin),打(da)破(po)了(le)國(guo)外(wai)產(chan)品(pin)壟(long)斷(duan)高(gao)端(duan)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)市(shi)場(chang)的(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang),為(wei)國(guo)產(chan)高(gao)端(duan)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)崛(jue)起(qi)開(kai)創(chuang)了(le)新(xin)的(de)局(ju)麵(mian)。
從2007年6月(yue)開(kai)始(shi),尤(you)尼(ni)康(kang)公(gong)司(si)試(shi)製(zhi)的(de)樣(yang)機(ji)就(jiu)投(tou)放(fang)到(dao)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)用(yong)戶(hu)中(zhong)進(jin)行(xing)試(shi)用(yong)。在(zai)中(zhong)國(guo)石(shi)油(you)公(gong)司(si)某(mou)油(you)田(tian)采(cai)油(you)井(jing)實(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),采(cai)用(yong)浙(zhe)江(jiang)大(da)學(xue)研(yan)製(zhi)的(de)低(di)速(su)大(da)扭(niu)矩(ju)永(yong)磁(ci)同(tong)步(bu)電(dian)機(ji)和(he)尤(you)尼(ni)康(kang)公(gong)司(si)無(wu)編(bian)碼(ma)器(qi)永(yong)磁(ci)同(tong)步(bu)電(dian)機(ji)專(zhuan)用(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)實(shi)現(xian)的(de)鏈(lian)式(shi)抽(chou)油(you)機(ji),與(yu)傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)遊(you)梁(liang)式(shi)采(cai)油(you)機(ji)相(xiang)比(bi),相(xiang)同(tong)產(chan)量(liang)下(xia)綜(zong)合(he)節(jie)電(dian)率(lv)達(da)到(dao)61%。

據介紹,此次“無編碼器永磁同步電機專用變頻器”成果鑒定會是受江蘇省經貿委委托,由蘇州市經貿委、蘇州市科技局和昆山市經貿委、昆山市科技局共同組織的,參加鑒定會的專家有我國電氣傳動和電氣自動化學科的著名學者、創始人和開拓者之一,我國變頻器行業泰鬥陳伯時教授,以及來自清華大學、浙江大學、上海大學、蘇州大學、法國阿爾斯通公司、上海電氣集團等單位的專家、學者。
