今年全球的氣候大背景是拉尼娜,厄爾尼諾我們較熟悉,但對於她的姐妹拉尼娜我們還很陌生。
拉尼娜是同厄爾尼諾相反的氣候現象,是指赤道太平洋東部(秘魯附近)海水大範圍持續異常變冷現象,海水表層溫度低出氣候平均值0.5℃以上。小小的0.5度,又遠在南美洲,但卻對我國造成了極大影響。

3.風帶加強對中國的影響
(1)西風帶。西風帶對中國造成的影響主要來自兩個方向:一(yi)個(ge)是(shi)對(dui)北(bei)方(fang)來(lai)自(zi)西(xi)伯(bo)利(li)亞(ya)的(de)強(qiang)冷(leng)空(kong)氣(qi)起(qi)到(dao)了(le)推(tui)波(bo)助(zhu)瀾(lan)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。冷(leng)空(kong)氣(qi)團(tuan)是(shi)從(cong)極(ji)地(di)方(fang)向(xiang)過(guo)來(lai)的(de),冷(leng)氣(qi)團(tuan)比(bi)較(jiao)寒(han)冷(leng),冷(leng)空(kong)氣(qi)強(qiang)度(du)比(bi)較(jiao)強(qiang),因(yin)為(wei)北(bei)冰(bing)洋(yang)的(de)蒸(zheng)發(fa)作(zuo)用(yong)小(xiao),空(kong)氣(qi)極(ji)為(wei)幹(gan)燥(zao),以(yi)大(da)風(feng)、降溫過程為主,不會出現大範圍的降雪,以前對我國造成影響最大、我wo們men印yin象xiang最zui深shen的de就jiu是shi這zhe股gu冷leng空kong氣qi。今jin年nian主zhu要yao受shou北bei方fang氣qi團tuan影ying響xiang的de東dong北bei降jiang雪xue量liang就jiu很hen少shao,跟gen過guo去qu持chi平ping。二er是shi從cong西xi路lu過guo來lai的de,這zhe是shi我wo們men很hen少shao關guan注zhu的de,但dan它ta借jie助zhu西xi風feng帶dai加jia強qiang從cong冰bing島dao大da西xi洋yang沿yan途tu過guo來lai,經jing過guo歐ou洲zhou地di中zhong海hai橫heng掃sao整zheng個ge亞ya歐ou大da陸lu,由you於yu來lai自zi較jiao濕shi潤run的de大da西xi洋yang,這zhe股gu冷leng空kong氣qi帶dai來lai了le大da量liang的de降jiang雪xue。事shi實shi證zheng明ming了le這zhe一yi點dian,今jin年nian因yin為wei這zhe股gu強qiang冷leng濕shi空kong氣qi,巴ba格ge達da這zhe種zhong極ji度du幹gan旱han的de地di方fang降jiang了le百bai年nian以yi來lai第di一yi次ci雪xue,中zhong亞ya地di區qu,特te別bie是shi阿e富fu汗han山shan區qu積ji雪xue超chao過guo兩liang米mi。甘gan肅su這zhe種zhong比bi較jiao幹gan旱han的de地di方fang今jin年nian降jiang雪xue量liang超chao過guo常chang年nian的de兩liang倍bei,為wei60年之最。多有趣,我們天上下的雪竟然來自大西洋的海水。
(2)信(xin)風(feng)帶(dai)。由(you)於(yu)太(tai)陽(yang)直(zhi)射(she)點(dian)的(de)南(nan)移(yi),信(xin)風(feng)帶(dai)在(zai)過(guo)去(qu)對(dui)中(zhong)國(guo)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)並(bing)不(bu)大(da),但(dan)由(you)於(yu)拉(la)尼(ni)娜(na)的(de)加(jia)強(qiang),加(jia)上(shang)西(xi)風(feng)帶(dai)受(shou)到(dao)青(qing)藏(zang)高(gao)原(yuan)阻(zu)擋(dang),分(fen)流(liu)至(zhi)喜(xi)馬(ma)拉(la)雅(ya)山(shan)脈(mai)南(nan)翼(yi)逐(zhu)漸(jian)加(jia)熱(re)加(jia)濕(shi)的(de)氣(qi)團(tuan),使(shi)得(de)中(zhong)國(guo)南(nan)部(bu)受(shou)到(dao)了(le)來(lai)自(zi)印(yin)度(du)洋(yang)大(da)量(liang)的(de)暖(nuan)濕(shi)氣(qi)流(liu),造(zao)成(cheng)雲(yun)貴(gui)高(gao)原(yuan)的(de)氣(qi)溫(wen)甚(shen)至(zhi)比(bi)常(chang)年(nian)的(de)還(hai)要(yao)高(gao)。
(3)gongtongyingxiang。youyutaipingyangshangdefugaojianruo,yinernanbeilianggulengkongqikeyichangquzhiruzhongguoneilu,xinfengdailaidenuanshiqiliukongzhinanfang,xiangshenzhenzheduanshijianshidudougaoda90%。guoqubeifangdelengkongqinanxiajiudanyidekongzhiquanguo,quanguodoushihanlengganzao,danjinnianlaninayindaozhexinfengdailaidaliangshuiqi,tongbeifangganzaohanlengdeqituanzaichangjiangzhongxiayoudiqujiaohui,congerxingchengledafanweidebaoxue。jiangxuetongjiangyudeyuanliyiyang,xianzaiwenduyishangshengjiuxiadayu,shenzhibaoyu。congyingxiangfanweikan,zaihaichengducongdongxiangxidijian,yanhaishengfenyingxiangjiaoxiao,kejianshuiqizhuyaolaiziyinduyangerfeitaipingyang,xinfengyingxiangjuda。
