我國高精度納米分辨率線位移測量技術獲新突破

近日從吉林省科技廳了解到,由長春光機所承擔的應用基礎研究項目——“高精度納米分辨率線位移測量技術研究”,日(ri)前(qian)在(zai)長(chang)春(chun)通(tong)過(guo)專(zhuan)家(jia)鑒(jian)定(ding)。鑒(jian)定(ding)委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)專(zhuan)家(jia)一(yi)致(zhi)認(ren)為(wei),該(gai)項(xiang)研(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)製(zhi)成(cheng)的(de)高(gao)精(jing)度(du)納(na)米(mi)測(ce)量(liang)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)樣(yang)機(ji)達(da)到(dao)四(si)倍(bei)光(guang)學(xue)倍(bei)頻(pin),技(ji)術(shu)指(zhi)標(biao)達(da)到(dao)國(guo)際(ji)先(xian)進(jin)水(shui)平(ping)。
據介紹,線位移尺寸測量是精密加工製造業的基礎之一。隨著被加工對象加工精度的提高,位移測量儀器必須具有高精度、高分辨率、大量程、體積小、重量輕等特點。市場上的光柵尺、感應同步器、磁柵等傳感器生產廠家眾多,這些廠家生產的傳感器結構簡單、價格低,但分辨率僅在1mm~0.5mm,遠(yuan)不(bu)能(neng)滿(man)足(zu)要(yao)求(qiu)。此(ci)外(wai),少(shao)數(shu)加(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)雙(shuang)頻(pin)激(ji)光(guang)幹(gan)涉(she)儀(yi)多(duo)是(shi)進(jin)口(kou)或(huo)僅(jin)有(you)少(shao)數(shu)國(guo)內(nei)科(ke)研(yan)單(dan)位(wei)單(dan)件(jian)研(yan)製(zhi),雖(sui)然(ran)其(qi)精(jing)度(du)高(gao),分(fen)辨(bian)率(lv)可(ke)達(da)0.01mm,但也有結構複雜、體積龐大、價格高、對環境要求苛刻、穩定性較差等缺點。
