一、發展中存在的問題
我國絕大多數中小企業是在改革開放以後建立的,所有製結構包括國有、私營、集(ji)體(ti)和(he)合(he)資(zi),其(qi)中(zhong)私(si)營(ying)企(qi)業(ye)占(zhan)大(da)多(duo)數(shu)。通(tong)過(guo)有(you)關(guan)資(zi)料(liao)和(he)實(shi)地(di)調(tiao)查(zha),我(wo)們(men)發(fa)現(xian)目(mu)前(qian)不(bu)少(shao)中(zhong)小(xiao)企(qi)業(ye)仍(reng)然(ran)處(chu)在(zai)粗(cu)放(fang)管(guan)理(li)的(de)階(jie)段(duan),在(zai)如(ru)何(he)適(shi)應(ying)知(zhi)識(shi)經(jing)濟(ji)發(fa)展(zhan)要(yao)求(qiu),如(ru)何(he)應(ying)對(dui)新(xin)的(de)企(qi)業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)環(huan)境(jing)等(deng)方(fang)麵(mian)存(cun)在(zai)諸(zhu)多(duo)問(wen)題(ti)。
1.企qi業ye缺que乏fa戰zhan略lve意yi識shi,有you些xie企qi業ye從cong來lai就jiu沒mei有you戰zhan略lve。這zhe些xie企qi業ye大da都dou是shi在zai短duan缺que經jing濟ji條tiao件jian下xia迅xun速su發fa展zhan起qi來lai的de,憑ping借jie的de是shi企qi業ye經jing營ying者zhe對dui個ge人ren事shi業ye和he財cai富fu追zhui逐zhu的de精jing神shen,他ta們men充chong分fen嚐chang到dao了le隻zhi顧gu眼yan前qian利li益yi和he短duan期qi效xiao益yi的de甜tian頭tou,在zai其qi頭tou腦nao中zhong形xing成cheng了le固gu有you的de“成功的思維模式”,“愛拚才會贏”的觀念根深蒂固。不少中小企業經營者長期以來重戰術、輕qing戰zhan略lve,養yang成cheng了le決jue策ce靠kao經jing驗yan和he感gan覺jiao的de思si維wei習xi慣guan,應ying付fu日ri常chang事shi務wu取qu代dai了le對dui企qi業ye的de長chang遠yuan打da算suan,很hen多duo企qi業ye既ji沒mei有you核he心xin經jing營ying理li念nian,也ye沒mei有you明ming確que的de戰zhan略lve意yi圖tu。

3.企業對發展速度、guimoheduoyuanhuajingyingmangmuzhuiqiu,bukaolvzishentiaojianmangmukuozhang。zhongxiaoqiyejingyingzhemendouxiwangqiyexunsuchengchangqilai,danbushaoqiyewangwangyiguimokuozhangdaitinenglikuozhang,yiweiqiu“大”而不求“精”。為把企業迅速做大,在獲取資金、尋求新項目、新產品、新(xin)技(ji)術(shu)以(yi)及(ji)尋(xun)找(zhao)合(he)作(zuo)夥(huo)伴(ban)等(deng)較(jiao)低(di)的(de)生(sheng)存(cun)層(ceng)麵(mian)上(shang)有(you)較(jiao)多(duo)的(de)熱(re)情(qing),而(er)對(dui)如(ru)何(he)提(ti)升(sheng)作(zuo)為(wei)企(qi)業(ye)未(wei)來(lai)發(fa)展(zhan)要(yao)素(su)的(de)資(zi)源(yuan)和(he)能(neng)力(li)卻(que)缺(que)乏(fa)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)重(zhong)視(shi)。不(bu)具(ju)備(bei)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)多(duo)元(yuan)化(hua)和(he)過(guo)度(du)的(de)多(duo)元(yuan)化(hua),隻(zhi)能(neng)導(dao)致(zhi)資(zi)源(yuan)分(fen)散(san)、競爭力低下、內部管理困難。從市場實際情況來看,多數企業沒有從多元化經營中獲得好處,反而被這種多元化經營拖累甚至拖垮。
二、主動適應環境,樹立戰略思維

首(shou)先(xian),避(bi)免(mian)與(yu)大(da)企(qi)業(ye)進(jin)行(xing)正(zheng)麵(mian)競(jing)爭(zheng)。跨(kua)入(ru)新(xin)世(shi)紀(ji)後(hou),我(wo)國(guo)市(shi)場(chang)形(xing)勢(shi)和(he)競(jing)爭(zheng)格(ge)局(ju)發(fa)生(sheng)了(le)很(hen)大(da)的(de)變(bian)化(hua),主(zhu)流(liu)產(chan)業(ye)相(xiang)繼(ji)進(jin)入(ru)成(cheng)熟(shu)期(qi),市(shi)場(chang)空(kong)白(bai)微(wei)乎(hu)其(qi)微(wei),影(ying)響(xiang)因(yin)素(su)複(fu)雜(za)多(duo)變(bian),企(qi)業(ye)已(yi)進(jin)入(ru)了(le)戰(zhan)略(lve)型(xing)經(jing)營(ying)階(jie)段(duan),戰(zhan)略(lve)決(jue)定(ding)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)生(sheng)存(cun)和(he)發(fa)展(zhan),明(ming)確(que)自(zi)己(ji)的(de)經(jing)營(ying)領(ling)域(yu)是(shi)中(zhong)小(xiao)企(qi)業(ye)要(yao)解(jie)決(jue)的(de)未(wei)來(lai)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)基(ji)本(ben)方(fang)向(xiang)性(xing)問(wen)題(ti)。對(dui)大(da)多(duo)數(shu)中(zhong)小(xiao)企(qi)業(ye)而(er)言(yan),它(ta)們(men)不(bu)具(ju)備(bei)與(yu)大(da)企(qi)業(ye)相(xiang)抗(kang)衡(heng)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)、資金和生產、營銷能力,與同行大企業競爭難免處於劣勢。它們大多是市場補缺者,應在市場細分的基礎上,采取“鑽隙策略”,精心服務於市場的某個細小部分,選擇大企業易於忽視而又有一定經濟效益的小型產品,充(chong)分(fen)發(fa)揮(hui)自(zi)己(ji)靈(ling)活(huo)性(xing)和(he)適(shi)應(ying)性(xing)強(qiang)的(de)優(you)勢(shi),集(ji)中(zhong)力(li)量(liang)填(tian)補(bu)市(shi)場(chang)需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)不(bu)足(zu),爭(zheng)取(qu)在(zai)某(mou)些(xie)小(xiao)的(de)領(ling)域(yu)形(xing)成(cheng)相(xiang)對(dui)優(you)勢(shi),通(tong)過(guo)專(zhuan)門(men)化(hua)經(jing)營(ying)來(lai)占(zhan)據(ju)有(you)利(li)的(de)市(shi)場(chang)位(wei)置(zhi)。如(ru)果(guo)中(zhong)小(xiao)企(qi)業(ye)不(bu)避(bi)強(qiang)趨(qu)弱(ruo),而(er)是(shi)正(zheng)麵(mian)出(chu)擊(ji)的(de)話(hua)就(jiu)很(hen)有(you)可(ke)能(neng)落(luo)得(de)傷(shang)痕(hen)累(lei)累(lei)的(de)結(jie)局(ju)。

三、注重價值創新,倡導不斷學習
