引言:5月3日上午,亞洲首條柔性直流輸電示範工程——上(shang)海(hai)南(nan)彙(hui)風(feng)電(dian)場(chang)柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)成(cheng)功(gong)投(tou)入(ru)試(shi)運(yun)行(xing),這(zhe)是(shi)我(wo)國(guo)第(di)一(yi)條(tiao)擁(yong)有(you)完(wan)全(quan)自(zi)主(zhu)知(zhi)識(shi)產(chan)權(quan),具(ju)有(you)世(shi)界(jie)一(yi)流(liu)水(shui)平(ping)的(de)柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)線(xian)路(lu),也(ye)是(shi)我(wo)國(guo)在(zai)大(da)功(gong)率(lv)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)子(zi)領(ling)域(yu)取(qu)得(de)的(de)又(you)一(yi)重(zhong)大(da)創(chuang)新(xin)成(cheng)果(guo)。而(er)最(zui)近(jin)風(feng)電(dian)行(xing)業(ye)風(feng)機(ji)脫(tuo)網(wang)問(wen)題(ti)頻(pin)現(xian),這(zhe)或(huo)許(xu)也(ye)為(wei)此(ci)提(ti)供(gong)了(le)一(yi)個(ge)可(ke)行(xing)的(de)解(jie)決(jue)方(fang)案(an)。

交流並網的技術瓶頸
目前,使用交流並網是絕大多數風電場並網的選擇。但是風電場通過交流並網目前普遍存在一些技術瓶頸:
首shou先xian,使shi用yong交jiao流liu並bing網wang需xu要yao風feng電dian場chang和he所suo連lian接jie的de交jiao流liu係xi統tong必bi須xu嚴yan格ge保bao持chi頻pin率lv同tong步bu,而er風feng機ji對dui並bing網wang處chu交jiao流liu母mu線xian電dian壓ya波bo動dong較jiao為wei敏min感gan。現xian有you運yun行xing經jing驗yan表biao明ming,交jiao流liu係xi統tong電dian壓ya波bo動dong是shi風feng機ji退tui網wang的de主zhu要yao原yuan因yin之zhi一yi。

而使用柔性直流輸電電纜理論上沒有距離限製,所以當超過一定的等價距離後,一般大於50~100千米,使用直流並網是最合理的選擇。
常規直流輸電存問題
常規直流需要所連交流係統提供換相電壓,比較容易發生換相失敗的故障,這對於風電場來說大大降低了其安全穩定運行的能力。
常規直流在傳輸同樣容量的功率時,比交流和柔性直流輸電方案的占地麵積要大得多(兩倍以上),因此不適合風電場使用。
常規直流在傳輸較小容量時,與交流和柔性直流輸電相比單位造價較高,因此不適合用於風電場並網。

柔性直流輸電對可再生能源發展意義重大
從柔性直流輸電技術本身來說,它能夠給風電場提供良好的動態無功支撐,避免風電場的無功補償設備投資;tongshitigongyouyidebingwangxingneng,fangzhifengdianchangdedianyabodongduijiaoliuxitongdeyingxiang,bingtongshigaishanfengdianchangduixitongbodongdekangganraonengli。youyunenggoutigongdianyazhichengzuoyong,tahainengdafudutishengfengdianchangzaijiaoliuxitongfashengguzhangqingkuangxiadedidianyachuanyuenengli;另(ling)外(wai),由(you)於(yu)柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)不(bu)受(shou)距(ju)離(li)限(xian)製(zhi),因(yin)此(ci)也(ye)是(shi)國(guo)外(wai)大(da)型(xing)遠(yuan)距(ju)離(li)海(hai)上(shang)風(feng)電(dian)場(chang)並(bing)網(wang)的(de)唯(wei)一(yi)選(xuan)擇(ze)。基(ji)於(yu)以(yi)上(shang)顯(xian)著(zhu)優(you)勢(shi),柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)目(mu)前(qian)已(yi)成(cheng)為(wei)國(guo)際(ji)上(shang)公(gong)認(ren)的(de)風(feng)電(dian)場(chang)並(bing)網(wang)的(de)最(zui)佳(jia)技(ji)術(shu)方(fang)案(an)。
目前柔性直流輸電換流站的單位成本大約為常規直流輸電的1.5倍bei左zuo右you,但dan是shi隨sui著zhe技ji術shu的de改gai進jin以yi及ji工gong程cheng的de大da量liang應ying用yong,其qi造zao價jia也ye在zai逐zhu漸jian降jiang低di。尤you其qi是shi當dang傳chuan輸shu距ju離li較jiao長chang時shi,使shi用yong柔rou性xing直zhi流liu輸shu電dian方fang案an與yu交jiao流liu輸shu電dian相xiang比bi其qi技ji術shu經jing濟ji性xing就jiu更geng為wei優you越yue。因yin此ci在zai我wo國guo風feng電dian場chang(尤其是海上風電場)大(da)規(gui)模(mo)開(kai)發(fa)利(li)用(yong)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)多(duo)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)大(da)規(gui)模(mo)推(tui)廣(guang)應(ying)用(yong),對(dui)於(yu)滿(man)足(zu)我(wo)國(guo)清(qing)潔(jie)高(gao)效(xiao)的(de)能(neng)源(yuan)利(li)用(yong)的(de)需(xu)要(yao),有(you)著(zhe)顯(xian)著(zhu)的(de)意(yi)義(yi)。
