依據上述的情況,我們來計算一下拉一次油所消耗的電能。我們以加熱棒的實際有功功率為25KW來進行計算。以實際加熱工作時間長度為3小時進行能耗統計,兩天內(48小時)所消耗電能為25(KW)×3(h)=75(KWh),即75度電。而且實際的運行當中,由於加熱過程采取漸進式的加熱控製,所以,實際當中,所消耗的75度電中我們實際消的約在33%左右。 我們再來計算48小時內恒溫加熱所消耗的電能,我們的加熱控製器在加熱3小時達到指定溫度,在實際測量中,加熱和停止加熱所占時間比約為1:2,按這種的保溫情況來計算,則所需的加熱時間長度為3+(48-3)*33%=17.85小時,則所消耗的電能為25(KW) ×17. 85(h)=446.25(KWh), 則按需加熱方式所消耗的電能是恒溫加熱控製方式所需電能的50/625×100%=16.8%。也就是我們隻花掉了原有控製方式16.8%的電能同樣達到了原有控製方式下所需要達到的效果。 而且拉油的間隔時間越長,兩種控製方式下能耗差別就會越大,而依照當前電價所產生的費用也就會隨之差別更大。
