在工業控製係統中,上位機通常隻監控係統的運行,采集係統信號,以畫麵、報表、曲線等方式顯示係統狀態,簡單地下發一些開關量或模擬量信號,調節係統運行參數。而自控參數的運算由PLC或智能儀表來完成。其實紫金橋組態軟件完全能完成這些智能設備的功能,程序編寫也非常方便,減少設備投資。
下麵以某鍋爐供暖控製項目為例,介紹以紫金橋組態軟件為核心控製單元的工程的實現方法。

兩台4MW燃氣鍋爐,鍋爐配套有控製台,帶有觸摸屏和西門子200PLC,
兩台1.5KW 的 補水 泵
兩台 15KW 的屏蔽循環泵
一個軟化水箱。
這些設備由一台操作站來監控。軟化水箱的超高和 超低水位、xitongchaowenchaoyaxinhaozaicaozuotaichanshengbaojingxinxi。caozuorenyuantongguojiankonghuamianhenfangbiandilejieshebeiyunxingzhuangtai,bingketongguogaihuamianshoudongkongzhitiaojieshebeideyunxing。zhongyaodecanshukeqiehuandaoquxianchuangkou,bianyuguanchafenxi。

曲線監控窗口
鍋爐本身的控製台有觸摸屏和S7-200PLC;循環泵和補水泵電源來自於四台變頻器;控製室的空間狹窄, 采集係統信號的儀表櫃和 變頻器櫃的距離很小,變頻器的射頻等因素幹擾操作站的通訊是必然存在的問題。綜合考慮控製的獨立性、抗幹擾性、節能性,鍋爐采用反饋控製方式,即操作站不下發鍋爐的啟停信號,而通過輸出供暖量調節鍋爐的啟停; 供暖係統的信號由 儀表櫃中的S7-300PLC采集,上傳至操作站。用S7-300PLC采集信號和操作站通訊是為保證控製係統的穩定性,在強幹擾環境中, S7-300的抗幹擾能力遠優越於普通信號采集模塊;xunhuanbenghebushuibengdezikonggongnengyoucaozuozhanzijinqiaozutairuanjiandejiaobenchengxubianxie。yejiushibianxielianggezhinengshebeichengxu,fenbieshibianpinhengyabushuikongzhiqiheqihoubuchangqi。
